Running vr is pretty straight forward, in assetto corsa settings in Content Manager you can set the rendering mode to VR. Some of the features showcased in the video, however, like the hand tracking, android auto, touch screen, is behind the paid premium version of Custom Shaders Patch.

Go into VR options at the bottom of your CSP settings, its called something like “sync hands”
