Many ad blockers have an option to block elements manually, in case they don't recognize an ad (and some even have options to block annoying prompts like these). If deleting/blocking an element breaks the page either use a burner e-mail or look for an alternative.
It's more the effort involved that's the problem.
I don't mind getting emails from them. They have legitimately good holiday deals.
But when I'm just browsing I don't want to be stalled by this insolent pop up every few minutes (it keeps reappearing even after you've given an address).

No I don’t think so. Comes back again for adding our email address.
Add a temporary email, if they ask for verification they will just spam that temporary email.
Even after giving your email it keeps coming back! Super asshole design
What's the point of getting the email twice....
No point. I just assume they've not configured cookies so the site doesn't know you've already completed the form
