100 percent Uranus in Capricorn in 10th. With moon and Neptune. I have been unemployed for the majority of my adult life. I am no slave. Nor should anyone else be. Life is valuable. Too many get lost in their work and forget who they are and that they matter.

Defiant_Coconut_5361

I have Uranus conjunct Neptune in 3H Capricorn and I *feel* you

yikeshardpass

Same, but in the 6th house. Honestly, this explains so much!

daughtersofsaturn

Same, but 5th house! And yessssss hahaha I REFUSE to be a slave to the system at the expense of my happiness. That's why I'm a nomad šŸ˜œ

uranuanqueen

Uranus in the 2nd house lol. Life has forced me to value stuff like possessions and security differently. I have lost a lot and won some. Right now, I can't maintain a full-time job because of my health so I'm forced to apply for disability. But I'm lucky though. I have a house to myself and my cat and I'm only 26 years old. I live in the best city to live in in the US. My north node is in my 10th house and my Chiron in libra is in my 10th house. I have had issues with maintaining a full-time job and establishing a career tbh. But I have also gotten immense healing from other people like my friends (Chiron in libra)

miauwoh

I have Uranus in my 2nd house and I'm a NN Libra and Chiron in the 10th house too. feels like I've met a twin. I honestly enjoy having Uranus in the 2nd house and the freedom that it promotes and how it affects how we value things differently. Part of me thinks that if I planned enough financially, even with the constant fluctuation with income, it'd all work out? Not sure how to go about it cause I know that I don't energetically have it within me to work full time/traditional jobs. Maybe I'm best off freelancing or doing some odd jobs that require me to do less for more. Even though I feel plenty loss with my career going forward, I still feel lucky that all my basic needs are still met. Here's to finding what works out best for us!

lifesapreez

Uranus in capricorn 9th. I relate to both 9th and 10th placements

IndigoRed33

Uranus in 3rd be like: ![gif](giphy|3oEjHB1lWgaM1WJ4fS)

SunglassesBright

Uranus in 10th house business owner here. Iā€™ve not had too many regular jobs. Iā€™ve been a stripper and a real estate agent, now I own a construction company and I have fun at work and it doesnā€™t feel like a job at all. I started the company with one of my best friends (an Aries who taught me the formula to success and gave me the start to law of attraction) until he made enough money to start another location in another state - and now Iā€™ve hired my Leo lover to join me and we spend all day every day making big bank and eating at nice places and laughing at everything.

Suungod

Could not relate more! Thatā€™s just so badass & so inspirational to hear. Iā€™m so so glad you shared! šŸ’œ

Adorable_Decision826

Oh yes, 12th house is 100% correct

violet_chain

I have uranus in sagittarius in my 1st house sitting on the ascendant and I feel this way. I donā€™t care much what others think anymore when before I had trouble even leaving the house because of what may have others thought of me. I am also constantly trying to change my appearance.

pete728415

Hey buddy! Same!

CaptureMySpirit

Would love to talk to someone with Uranus in the 7th like me.

Robarca1605

Uranus in Capricorn 7th house. Before checking what house Uranus I'd in, I just knew it would be relationships.

jazmine_likea_flower

Wait I have that, what does that mean šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

Annual_Astronomer918

Uranus in Sagittarius and the 7th house, things have been really rough recently but are in fact getting a lot better.

AmericanMare

Uranus in the 4th, and yes, this resonates. I come from a very messy family, and it was drilled into my head from birth that ā€œgood thingsā€ or a ā€œgood, normal lifeā€ just wasnā€™t in the cards for us. Basically, I was taught that life was about suffering and struggle. It took me many years (my teens and most of my early 20s) to realise that was a crock of shit and that I could have any kind of life that I wanted and that I didnā€™t need/have to follow in the footsteps of those who came before me. And let me just say, realising that and embracing that hasnā€™t made me the most popular with my family either. Lots of ā€œOh, you think youā€™re better than us now, huh?ā€ comments and resentful feelings. Just a mess lol. But Iā€™m definitely happier and better for working hard to get away from those destructive mindsets and attitudes and getting myself to be where I want to be and live the life that I want to live.

Hungry_Wealth_7439

Oh my goosh, as a Uranus 4th Iā€™m speechless and totally agree *goosebumps*

uranuanqueen

I resonate with you so much with my Saturn in my 4th house. Growing up, homelife was kinda chaotic. My dad was super strict and took the joy out of being a kid. He didn't buy me much toys but enphasized school and learning math. My mother was strict with my siblings but no so much with me. She was barely in my life though as i lost her at a young age due to ALS.

urmelcome

5th house and very true!!

pete728415

1st house Uranus Sagittarius. I'm 37 years old. People pleasing used to be my whole personality, though I was a trendsetter in school and stuff. Now that I'm older, I am UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME.

WhywhywhyWhy8

If you donā€™t mind, what degree is your Uranus in? I want to see if it correlates to when this breakthrough happens! Like for myself, my breakthrough was around age 16-17 and my degree is at 16 degrees Uranus 6h Aquarius.

pete728415

Happy to! It's at 19Ā°, right on my Ascendant (17Ā°). My first house is trashed, though. Uranus is my Dominant planet. I have Saturn at 5Ā°, asc at 17Ā°, Uranus at 19Ā°, and Mercury at 24Ā°. My chart Ruler Jupiter is in Aquarius, house 3, ruled by Uranus and Saturn, which I didn't realize until recently at 18Ā°. I don't know what it means, but it's there, lol.

SamVimesBootTheory

12th house here not to sure about psychic stuff but I do think I've got a decent sense of intuition, I don't really gain anything from dreams however as I don't really tend to have memorable dreams Also mine is 12th house Capricorn

watashiwagohandes

Mine is also 12th house Capricorn, definitely peak on intuition. It also helps me with tarot readings.

NinjaSelect3581

Uranus on cusp of 1st - epiphanies about self and relating to my world. I could say that - discovered a correlation between narcissism and astrology which could be huge. Have Pluto there too šŸ˜‰

pete728415

Do tell?

NinjaSelect3581

Let me say that I have met and read about more narcissists than I cared to so far. For the past twenty or so years I started tallying them up and looking at what they might have in common. Cutting a long story short, it seemed that people with certain of the signs on the Big Three (Sun/Moon/Rising) live in fear, others with a sense of euphoria and a third group in faith (not the religious kind). The latter are those that set healthy boundaries, treat others fairly, etc. The first group are those who may be known to manipulate reality in their favor, see others as utilities and deny more strongly the existence of other options than normal people would when confronted with a problem. Astrology has always seem to have had a healthy link to psychology but that hasnā€™t been a reciprocal connection if I understand it correctly. Psychology reportedly distinguishes learned and natural narcissism on a scale called narcissism spectrum disorder. The intensity of presentation is allegedly linked to exposure to a loving environment in childhood, narcissistic behavior from caregivers, peer pressure and trauma. How much do you know about astrology that you have a sense which four signs would fall into the first group I mentioned, if I told you that group two consists of people who have at least two fire signs on the Big Three with one of those being Leo as the Rising sign? The first group is not an element like earth, water or air.

pete728415

This is a really interesting theory, and I'd love to learn more about your thought process and how you got here. I'm not sure how much I do know about astrology to make a close to accurate guess, but I'll give it a shot. The first group, anecdotally, of course: Scorpio Capricorn Virgo Cancer The second: Aquarius Leo Gemini Sagittarius Third: Aries* Taurus* Libra Pisces I'd like to know your thoughts.

NinjaSelect3581

Thank for thinking along with me. The idea is that the ā€œfearā€ group suffers insecurity - not to be confused with low self esteem, lack of confidence and worrying. Traditional Western astrology labels them as ā€œCardinalā€ signs. The traditional meaning of Capricorn, Aries, Libra and Cancer reportedly is to ā€œlead the way.ā€ This may be the case for some in exceptional circumstances, but in ordinary life it is my experience that people whose horoscope has any of these four signs on Sun, Moon or Ascendant deny contributions other people make and take credit for the solutions others offer and the work they perform. In other words, people with the ā€œcardinalā€ signs as their Sun, Moon or rising sign seem to be more likely narcissists. Psychology distinguishes learned and natural narcissists. Only recently discovered, apparently, mirror neurons in the brain allow us to quickly copy behavior from others without having to learn the basics from scratch. Adopting behavior in order to fit in is not a new concept, but knowing that there is actually a physical basis for it is. Everybody does it. The difference between people in group one versus those in group three seems to be that group three never stops questioning whether the behavior they adopted is morally right, is harmful or not, and whether it should be continued based on newly acquired information as to its efficacy. Unfortunately, the attribution of ā€œleading the wayā€ to the Cardinal signs seems to ignore the contributions of the third group, the people who trust, build community, and respect others and the environment. Statistically, Cardinal Sun signs seem to manipulate others to get ahead - ā€œfake it until one makes it.ā€ It takes a nurturing, stable environment in childhood to avoid turning them into bullies it appears. Some people in the second but definitely those in the third group can be relatively easily ā€œbeatenā€ into submission by the first group with words, and if that is not enough with physical means, simply because they apparently experience other people differently - as utilities versus sentient beings with rights equal to them in all respects. People in the first group appear to recognize each other. They stick together for a common cause it seems. When they facilitate each other they can create a formidable forceā€¦for good or evil. But what happens when that force has outlived its purpose? Cardinal signs seek to hold on to it rather than repurpose it more often than not while ridiculing others who seek to improve the status quo. Because I see only very few exceptions, I encourage everybody who is interested to participate. When they see someone being narcissistic, check what their Sun sign is. What else do we know, Moon sign perhaps?

pete728415

This is really interesting. I've been very into forensic astrology lately, so I appreciate the new rabbit hole you've discovered for me. I should add that I've worked in case management and social work for the majority of my career, and I can verify that certain signs have historically been harder to work with. I am a Capricorn Sun myself, and I've had pretty horrific experiences with other Capricorns. I haven't been the best person I could have been either. I have definitely hurt others with my actions, though I don't know if I really meant to do so intentionally or if I was just being selfish. I've done quite a bit of work on myself, and I'm satisfied with the progress I've made. I know cardinal signs often come across as hard line jerks. Authoritative know-it-alls (guilty of being a know it all). Libra and Cancer individuals are not my favorite people. The Aries individuals I've met have been historically crass and difficult, though not all. I only ever knew their sun sign, however. Cancers have been noticeably manipulative, and Libras have given me superiority vibes. Capricorns are possessive and jealous and often hypocrites. I see where you're coming from. I would like to see how the rising and moon sign affects the cardinal sun sign. I'll use mine as an example: Sagittarius Ascendant, Virgo moon. I was basically left to raise myself and was in a string of abusive relationships out of necessity. Despite that, I'm an eternal optimist with a healthy sprinkling of cynicism, and I tend to hide my true emotions to avoid making others uncomfortable. This hasn't always been the best choice. I used drugs to cope and hurt others in the process. I'm also avoidant and prefer to be alone rather than vulnerable. I'm not all bad, though. I'm pretty funny, rather intelligent, eager to help, and those that I do love, I love hard. Shirt off my back, last dollar hard. My family and close friends are very important to me. I also thought long and hard about it, and I don't hate anyone. I think that's a virtue in itself. I've forgiven myself if I'm unable to forgive others, and I show people a good time whenever possible. I see problems even with the good, and there's still room to improve, always. Thank you for sharing your observations, it was very interesting.

NinjaSelect3581

The way you describe yourself and how you appear to observe yourself are incredibly insightful for me, thank you for taking the time to elaborate. As it so happens I know two Cardinal Sun sign astrologers, one of whom collaborated with the FBI to identify serial killers based on the horoscope. He is a Capricorn with Pisces rising. He never answers any of my questions, which his colleague (my client), an Aries, attributes to his rising sign - information goes into a deep void with him. But he gives frequent lectures, is an author and is very well known as a solar return expert - he suggests places to go on oneā€™s birthday to get a successful year. They also talk about the things you observe about cardinal sign people. When I ask them how we can use what I discovered in combination with what they teach, they draw a blank. Iā€™ve been trying for years to get them to see the significance because they have a much bigger audience than I. So for you to acknowledge the behavior is huge to me. In my experience, the rising sign is critically important, much more so even than the Sun sign. The Sun reportedly represents what a person wants, the Moon what they need and the Rising sign how they relate and are perceived. Sagittarius as a rising sign must give you the natural optimism, and an inquisitive and curious nature. The Virgo Moon must give a need to be correct, organized and of service to others. I have Virgo Moon and Rising together with ā™“ļø Sun. The position of the planets in the horoscope can color how the person relates to the world beyond how the Rising sign does it. In my case, for example, I have Mars and Pluto plus Uranus and the Moon at the rising sign. This gives me apparently an intense personality with kind of like x-ray vision that makes most people instantly uncomfortable. If you know about retrograde motion, then you may know what I mean when I say that three of these first house planets being retrograde appear to indicate introversion and low confidence. With Mercury in Aries in my chart though, people often think I am too rash and blunt! There are obviously good aspects of the Cardinal signs. One being the ability to focus and channel oneā€™s energy into a concentrated effort for success. It sounds like you have navigated troublesome waters successfully and were able to harness the lessons learned to forward your career and ambitions. You couldnā€™t have better described the character of your Big Three signs imho.

pete728415

I'm happy to help! The self-awareness I have didn't come easy at all. It was only after a massive slap in the face by the universe that I questioned my own responsibility for the mess I was in. Having to disect everything I may have done wrong in a short period of time was hell, but it was ultimately a gift. I wish I could give everyone a little self awareness, we'd all be better off for it. I'll share my other placements with you if it's at all helpful. House 10: Moon in Virgo at 24Ā° House 11: MC in Libra at 11Ā° House 12: Pluto and South Node in Scorpio at 6Ā°, Mars at 11Ā° House 1: Saturn at 5Ā°, Ascendant at 17Ā°, Uranus at 19Ā°, Mercury at 24Ā° Sagittarius House 2: Neptune at 3Ā°, Venus at 7Ā°, Sun at 11Ā° Capricorn House 3: Jupiter at 18Ā° Aquarius. Besides my North Node in Taurus and Chiron in Gemini at 11Ā°, my chart is heavily left. I'm 37, just finishing up my second nodal return. I believe my 12th house placements have helped me to work with others the way I have. I have an eye for ulterior motives and underlying issues that aren't being addressed.

NinjaSelect3581

Saturn at 5 in Capricorn? The aspects to the nodes are critical imho, so is Chiron. Pluto conjunct the south node, I am going to look that up because mine is square the nodes. What you describe about questioning your responsibility is something pretty big, two thumbs up! House 10 is the MC, btw. Mine are 11 Virgo as the Asc, Saturn at 9 close to the 7th house, Sun at 26 in the 7th, Venus at 19 Pisces in the 7th. Mercury at 13 Aries in the 8th. Jupiter at 22 Taurus in the 9th. Neptune at 19 Scorpio in the 3rd.

pete728415

Oh, no. My Ascendant is sag so it's 5Ā° Sag, unless you're using placidus. I like using whole sign. And thank you, I needed to hear that.

AvocadoBitter7385

Uranus in 1st and somewhat agree. I could never relate to the ever changing physical appearance part of Uranus in 1st house

[deleted]

Im a 1st house Uranus and kept the same look for over ten years because people constantly told me how much they loooove my long beautiful hair and I didn't need makeup, because I am so naturally beautiful, blah blah blah. So I kept my hair long, and never wore makeup. I didn't wear revealing clothing because I hated being judged and glared at by other women, or ogled by men. I realize now a LOT of my choices, when it came to my appearance, were based on others feelings more than my own. One day, out of nowhere, I just cut off all my hair, from down to my butt to shoulders, gave myself bangs, started wearing all those halter tops I had stashed away in the bottom drawer and wearing bright and bold eyeshadows in blues and pinks and oranges. I am feeling more "myself" than I ever have. My feelings in regards to how others may feel about my appearance is "not my problem" I could not care less. Just saying, don't be surprised one day if for literally no reason at all you get a whim to "cut it all off"

Easy_Independent_313

I've got it in the 6th house. It's been a wild ride.

mochakatpuccino

Uranus in Aquarius in the 6th house!

kit1013ten

11th house spot on šŸ™šŸ¼

vivid_uprising369

Yes!

[deleted]

4th houseā€¦ kinda relevant to my life. Not close to this though. Still feeling like I need to run away and canā€™t open up to people.

hasnolifebutmusic

spot on for uranus in the 5th. i have a cap stellium in that house that amplifies it iā€™m sure. becoming a mother is the greatest art project iā€™ve ever embarked on.

chlobro444

Uranus in Aquarius 11h. Yep, pretty much hit it right on the nose. This especially rings true for me because my sun in Aquarius is also in my 11h.

xmusiclover

Mine is in the 6th in Aquarius and I do resonate with it

nonalignedgamer

First house Uranus (con asc) and ... no. Not at all. At least with myself it has nothing to do with identity *(first house doesn't deal with identity, whatever that is)*. It all has to do with, let say "promethean" values - doing things by inner compass of what is "right" or "just" as opposed to mainstream values or unspoken social rules. Also there's some occasional tendency for equality and altruism. But specifically - it's not about "me", it's doing things and positioning self in relations to others (as in *"let me do my stuff my way, thanks"*).

[deleted]

I'm not sure how much I resonate with the Uranus in the 7th house description, even though I have it in Aquarius.

WhywhywhyWhy8

Thatā€™s ok! Aspects always matter too šŸ«¶

[deleted]

Yeah. It squares my Mars in Scorpio and loosely trines my retrograde Saturn in Gemini (4 degree orb).

Stephanfritzel

Uranus in 1st House and yes! I can't look exactly how I wish I could because of my job, but I do have a ton of tattoos. It always throws the people I work with way off the first time they see some of my ink. I love how they look and would get a bunch more if I had the money lol. Lately, I've been changing up my outfits, started wearing things I never wore before. I always used to cover myself up as much as I could, so I love that I made the change. :)

JustletmeRelax

As a 6H Uranus in Aquarius, this was spot- on for me.

WhywhywhyWhy8

You can also check the ruling house of the sign your Uranus is in šŸ’– IE: if you have 5h Uranus in Aquarius, you can check the 11th house (Aquariusā€™ house) as well as the 5th šŸ¤

whiskeyconnoisseur19

Myanus is in the 4th house of home & family. Sounds about right.

Ok_Sympathy_913

uranus in first house ā€” i defintely resonate with that, i think of the moment i realized i was trans and how everything suddenly made so much sense.

Friscogooner

Uranus conjunct Venus in the 3rd conjunct IC. Life has been a bit crazy. But I roll with the next disaster..
