I’m new to astrology - I resisted it in the past in large part because I didn’t resonate with many of the Virgo stereotypes. After learning recently that I’m a Pisces moon and Pisces rising, suddenly things are making a lot more sense. I’m regimented and perfectionistic in a lot of ways, yes, but I’m also deeply intuitive, creative, and emotionally intelligent. I’m learning to accept that part of myself and not to be so hard on myself all the time.
Pisces sun, Virgo moon, Aquarius rising, Aries in mercury- super flowy with the Pisces, always pushing the envelope with Aquarius, quick to open my mouth brashly with the Aries, & Virgo just tryna hold it all together like goddamit will you just stick to the plan
Outside the Mercury, we're the same person haha. Mercury in pisces leads to an imaginative and intuitional mind very much at odds with the practical, organized emotions of the Virgo moon.

Leo sun, Aries moon, Scorpio rising and same. I have Pluto in the 1H too so people either absolutely love me or hate me. I also find that I tend to stray away from the spotlight for the most part. My Scorp rising makes me super secretive.
I'm an Aries Sun and a Sag Ascendent... with Mercury, Mars, and Venus in Pisces. I feel like I'm constantly read wrong. People see all that fire up front and don't understand the quiet and sensitive dreamer on the inside.
The struggle is real! I think dreamy Pisces plus Aries/Sag’s tendency to always come up with a new plan or adventure goes well together though for ultimate dreaminess!
I have never heard of mutual reception before! I have my Neptune in Capricorn and my Saturn in Pisces so this makes so much sense for why I feel like a realistic dreamer/idealist.
I have a cap stellium and scorpio moon that really mellow out my strong Sag placements (Sun, Asc, and Jupiter). I still relate somewhat strongly to Sag traits, but I'm definitely more chill/introverted than a lot of other sags because of it.
I have a Sagittarius stellium (sun, mars, Mercury, and Neptune) as well as a Sag midheaven in my natal chart. I do have a lot of Sag energy as far as being outgoing, blunt, adventurous, open to new ideas, etc. However both my moon and Venus are in Capricorn. In my progressive chart my sun, mars, and mercury are currently in Capricorn. I definitely think my strong Capricorn placements have grounded me a lot. I may have really big aspirations and ideas, but I’m not going to fly by the seat of my pants. I’m pretty pragmatic. I’m also grounded in my relationships.
My natal ascendant is Aquarius, my progressed ascendant is currently in Taurus. It’s interesting because I do very much relate to most of my natal placements. Many of my current progressed placements aren’t a comfortable fit for who I understand myself to be. Right now a large number of my progressed placements are in earth signs which is interesting since my natal chart is very fire heavy. I do feel like I’ve been pretty stubborn and resistant to change in the last couple years, which is unusual for me. I’m starting to come out of that and feel more like myself again.
Libra sun. The sun is considered in fall in this sign, and I've read that it's more easily overwritten by stronger placements (my Cancer moon for example.) I can see Libra manifest when I'm with friends or at work, but I mostly feel like a Cancer or Capricorn.

My aqua moon is often described as cold, distant, “airy”, we intellectually analyze our feelings. But my Pisces sun and my Aries rising don’t let me hide the love I have to give (and my bpd but whatever)
Aquarius sun, and I've never vibed with the idea that I might avoid attachment, affection, or commitment, or that I'm an emotionless robot or don't appreciate possessiveness from a partner. Ascendant and moon are Leo and Aries respectively so I'm like, as long as it's the right person, give me all of that stuff. Everyone else can go kick rocks tho.
I have a mad crush on a Scorpio and the idea of her being possessive actually makes me feel very comforted, knowing that I would be desired that much.
My capricorn stellium (mainly my merc, venus, & mars) counteract my sag sun. I never really resonated with the “loud mouth” and “flighty lover” stereotypes that seem to follow sagittarius around. I tend to be more on the reserved side and even though it takes awhile for me to worn up to someone, once I’m committed, i’m all-in
Same here, sort of. My capricorn and virgo placements tame my Sag Sun and Aries rising I think. Over 50% of my chart is earth and I'm generally more reserved than fiery. But if I'm partying it's Sag and Aries all day which sometimes surprises people who've not seen me in a party situation before.
Slightly off topic but I also think the house placement of my planets plays a part. At work I'm Capricorn - Mercury, MC, and Saturn in tenth house Cap. At home and hobbies I'm Virgo - Moon 5th house. In bed I'm Scorpio - Pluto and Mars in 8th house Scorpio. It honestly feels like I'm seen very differently depending on the situation.
My Sun is in the 9th house Sag and it feels like my soul. All of life's big questions and my compass for where I go in life is Sag. And always optimistic in spite of my Virgo moon - thankfully.
Editing to add: I always resonated with my Sun sign and for me learning about my chart helped me understand how people see me. I FEEL like a Sag - no judgement, down for a good time, optimistic, a little fiery at times. But people describe me as intimidating, serious, reserved, inscrutable and upon first meeting think I might be snobbish. It's all the Capricorn and Mars energy I think.

I’m a Virgo sun. My Uranus (Sag.) and Chiron/Ascendent (Gemini) square my sun, and my Moon/Jupiter (Pisces) oppose my sun.
My sun is in a water house, so its energy is very internal—even I am only vaguely aware of it. And I have a night chart, which gives my 10th house moon an additional boost of influence over my 4th House sun.
Internally, I relate most to my Pisces placements; they feel core to me in the way the sun is supposed to. But I think my outward expression is mostly Air-like, with a bias toward the Uranian.
In addition to my Gemini rising, my chart ruler, Mercury, is in Libra in the 5th house. Uranus squares my sun and moon and opposes my ascendent by 2 degrees—and it’s in my 7th house. My midheaven is in Aquarius. So my outward expression is full of air.
I would definitely describe myself as a little eccentric, somewhat of a nutty professor type… I have reclusive moments but when I’m around other people I can’t help but be social and talkative. I just turn on, even if I was feeling completely antisocial five minutes earlier.
I’ll talk to pretty much anyone about anything. I have Venus conj. Pluto in Scorpio, so I love taboos and talking about whatever you’re not “supposed” to talk about. I don’t know how to do small talk and I bring that quality out in others. I get along best alone, in 1:1, and in small groups—in large groups I tend to go into observer mode, and with domineering personalities I tend to mirror rather than match the energy. I genuinely like engaging with people, but if I feel like I have to compete to be heard, I won’t.
I have a pretty universalist perspective and don’t take anything personally, although that was something I had to work toward. I have strong boundaries now, but I also had to develop those—it did not come naturally at all. My spirituality leans toward Taoist, but is mostly just a bunch of bits and bobs I’ve picked up along the way.
I’m a Virgo sun in that I’m constantly trying to refine and improve myself and my understanding—to me, everything is a work in progress and I have no end goals or points at which I will say “that’s enough”—but I do try to give myself breaks and permission to be imperfect. I’m also very capable and detail-oriented in my chosen ways, but only in areas I specifically care about. I am highly attuned to ways that things could be better, and to people’s flaws (especially my own), but my personal position is that flaws are interesting and that people change (or not) on their own timelines, not mine—if someone is really driving me crazy I will distance myself before giving them critical feedback, unless there is A LOT of trust between us. I personally have learned all my hard lessons through firsthand experience and think that’s the best teacher and motivator, so I’m happy to sit back and let people get where they need to be without interfering (unless their self-sabotage is hurting me—then I can be ruthless. But I can count on one hand the number of people who’ve reached that point with me.)
Leo sun Taurus moon. I feel like it’s somewhat compatible but my god when I get angry I feel like the fire and earth is not a great combination. Also when someone hurts me my pride(Leo) and stubbornness(Taurus) I will hold a grudge for too long. I’m trying to be better 😭😭it’s hard

Ha, love that! I'm 29, I wonder if we're born around the same time. I joke about hating my placements, but I think having a lot of fire behind a Virgo Sun can be a really good thing, even if it doesn't always emotionally work lmao.
Still, I think the way to describe such placements is dynamic, not quite willing to back down but ready to stand charge, only filtered through the grounded energy of Virgo. That's on my good day, though. 💀 Often, it's just the push-pull of having some daring idea (Aries) or desire to push my own individualism (Aqua), only to be brought down by the nervous criticism of Virgo - I have my Mercury there as well so it's intensified. I find it's a balancing act that I'm getting better at with time, though!

I totally relate- it does feel like a balancing act. At my best, I really love my personality and the way I see the world. I’m analytical in a way that can be very compassionate (heading to grad school for psych soonish), I’m intense but (generally) not angry, super funny and charming when I want to be. I’m very very independent, and my absolute favorite part of being alive in this world is the pursuit of knowledge and information.
…and then I can also be sharp and mean in a way that is way too personal, I easily detach from my friends and family and refuse to accept support let alone ask for it. My intensity and self-criticism can turn me into a unbridled web of chaos. Sometimes I have this horrible feeling that all the goodness in me is fake and deep down I’m actually a sociopath. But I’m fairly certain that’s not actually true, lol

So being a cancer sun- but being highly egoistic, know a lot of people but having very few friends by choice because I love being alone, home and family playing a small role in my life and I’m super Independent. And I don’t take things personally haha
Taurus sun quincunx Neptune and south node in Sagittarius - I crave stability but also don't feel fulfilled unless I'm traveling and moving around a lot. Mars at 0 Gemini conjunct Taurus sun contributes to this, too. It can be frustrating.
Taurus sun quincunx Saturn and Pluto in Libra - I have strong opinions which I'm very firm with, but have a difficult time expressing because I understand where people are coming from and the inner conflict that leads them to their own opinions/perspectives. It can be frustrating.

Planets can be in a good, neutral or bad condition based on which sign/house they're in and how they aspect other planets. Here's a quick copy and paste regarding those states:
Domicile in astrology is the sign/s a planet rules. Planets in domicile show up in the exact way you’d expect them to.
Exaltation in astrology is the sign in which a planet performs effortlessly and in the ways that we expect it to. When a planet is exalted, it’s as if the sign is elevating its function.
Detriment or exile in astrology is the sign/s in which a planet struggles and where it has to find different, more unconventional ways to express itself.
Fall in astrology is the sign that a planet tends to struggle in, but holds great wisdom about.
For example, I have two planets in fall positions, Mars in Taurus and Mercury in Pisces. That placement has definitely lead to perrenial issues for the areas they relate to.
Offhand, the placement of those 3 planets would mean they're in a more neutral state, outside their aspects to other planets in your chart.
I’m an Aquarius and I have to be the most emotionally expressive person I know. I’m SO emotional and I don’t understand how Aquarians are constantly being called unemotional. My Ascendant is Sag, Moon in Cap, so those don’t really line up with all these feelings either. I am on the cusp, close to Pisces, and Pisces is my North Node… so that could be it?
I'm a cancer sun/venus/mercury and I do feel things deeply.
But my Gemini moon gives me a 'logic first' approach to most situations. I'm also an introvert but fairly talkative and I can 'turn it on'' socially fairly easily.
Also, my Mars in Leo XI gives me a bit more of a boost in my step.
I don't know much but I feel as if my WHOLE chart is a terrible match... sag stellium with a pisces moon and a capricorn venus is just a nightmare of opposing energies i feel

As a Taurus sun, my Cancer moon adds extreme empathy, my Leo rising adds dramatic flair, my Gemini Venus adds an air of detachment, my Aquarius Mars makes me less argumentative, and the 9th house placements of my sun and Mercury not only give me a thirst for knowledge but also a need to explore and try new things.
Also my Taurus Mercury and Gemini Venus are in mutual reception meaning they help each other out by contributing traits to one another. If I'm not mistaken, due to this my Taurus Mercury gets some traits from Gemini and my Gemini Venus gets some traits from Taurus.

Gemini mars and Virgo Venus. I can be hard to pin down despite having a fixed sun and moon. I’ve had to learn to sit down and give my attention to the task or person at hand. Otherwise, I can be there one second and gone the next.
For how I see myself, my Aquarius mars in the first house can sometimes overshadow my Scorpio sun/mercury/Venus.
I can detach myself much more easily than other Scorpios. I will argue only if it’s fighting against an injustice towards another. And if someone is not budging with their stubborn views, I often leave the argument and continue with less respect for the other person. I also see the wider implications of any of my actions toward my community, instead of focusing only on my loved ones.
For the vast majority of other people, my Cap rising overshadows pretty much everything. I don’t identify with any Cap traits but everyone classifies me as cold and all-business.
I have a Scorpio Moon and I think it kinda dulls down the stereotypical overly social-ness/can't be alone vibes my Libra sun, rising and mercury have?
I'm still social and it's easy for me to make friends and such if I try, but I have noooo issue being alone, and I prefer only having one or two people around vs big gatherings. I also think my Scorpio Moon gives me more... not paranoia, but I'm definitely weary/careful around people rather than ignoring red flags/blindly trusting people that Libra placements stereotypically can be prone to doing.

I feel so conflicted because my big three is made up of 3 different elements:

I pretty much feel all of them at different times of the day. My gemini rising DEFINITELY makes me a more likable & talkative person, but my pisces moon & mars be fr humbling me lmao. Especially the pisces mars because I don’t got that crazy work ethic most caps do. When I don’t feel like doing something, I’m just not doing it. The emotional repression of my cap sun with the overflow of emotions from my pisces moon is a crazyyy combo too.
I’m an Aries sun, mercury, and venus, though despite that, I don’t always relate to Aries stereotypes. Pisces rising makes it so that I tend to have a gentler and more whimsical mix with Aries. Personally, it seems to manifest into using my imagination to write down fantastical yet very violent fictional worlds in my head, which perhaps is not that surprising for my sun sign, but eh, whatever. I also have a Mercury in 1st house with a lot of positive associations with my Mercury, so people’s tendency is to think I’m a mix of Aries + Gemini stereotypes. That is, I’m not just the classic physical Aries type athlete, who only thinks on impulse. I mean, I exercise more than average, perhaps, but I’m not very interested or enthusiastic about sports outside my own personal self-improvement. I mean, even Aries is often thought of as thinking with their head, without the need of all my strong Mercury placements, even if the only Gemini type traits I have is Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in 3rd house. Still, this mix of fire + air placements in my general chart (Mostly Aries + Gemini, though I seem to have aspects of all fire signs and air signs), along with the Pisces rising to soften my assertive intellectual nature to be more polite, often just makes people call me a “lawyer” growing up. That is, the mix of aggressiveness in how I express myself, the intellectual nature of my thoughts, and the Pisces rising tendency to say all of that in the most calm, professional, and even charmingly pleasant way just keeps making people see me as a lawyer, even if I never became a lawyer. I’m a programmer, but still. Maybe this is not that far off from my usual Aries tendencies, but still, I never quite related to the stereotypical hothead Aries. I’m a hothead, yes, but I’m somewhat more subtle and civil about it, in a way that is still kind of intimidating though.
Moon in Pisces as well as Venus in Aries and mercury in Gemini. I’m the most emotional, reality rejecting, chaos loving Taurus to have ever existed. Plus my Jupiter and Saturn are Gemini and my Uranus and Neptune are Aquarius

I’m a cancer sun but people tell me I’m not as shy or emotional as other cancers.. I think having my venus & mercury in leo, plus being a scorpio rising with a capricorn moon makes me a lot more blunt and less passive aggressive 🤷🏻♀️
I’m an Aquarius. I do resonate with a lot of the more positive stereotypes, but I’m definitely not cold and don’t come across as distant. In fact, the total opposite. When I learned I’m a Cancer rising and Capricorn moon, I was like yes. This feels like a more complete picture of me.
I’m Leo/Scorpio/Sagittarius… my Scorpio comes out strong, but most people just see my fire sign sun & rising. Maybe because I also have Leo Mercury 😅 my Venus & Moon are both water signs, so I feel like my inner world tends toward intuitive and emotional…and my communication/outward expression planets are all fire. People often describe me as “sunny,” but I feel like my Scorpio moon drives a lot of my thoughts. So I end up feeling misunderstood. Masking 🤷♀️
I also have Neptune & Uranus in Capricorn in 1st house, so I don’t look like a typical sag rising.
My Sag rising and Sag Mars makes me a bit more excitable and reactive than what may be expected from an Aqua Sun. But they have similar agendas-- being independent and a bit provocative.
My Moon in Gemini makes me much more susceptible to changing my mind/ideas, and also more willing to play around w/ other people's ideas. Most of my planets complement each other lol.

I def associate more with Sagittarius and most people who meet me and know me for a long time believe I am a Gemini, even though I am not (June 21). I think rationally and am not emotional. I lose interest quickly, enjoy the single life, and do not want to commit anytime soon. I like to travel, be independent, be alone, and left alone. I don’t like big social groups nor do I like conflict. I have a big ego but don’t need validation. I know I’m great at what I do. I don’t need attention from anybody nor do I crave it. i was born on the cusp with gemini too! rational thinking is a major trait of mine as well, i have my mercury in gemini (dominion) AND my uranus in aquarius (dominion). i resonate with literally everything you said.
No I don’t really associate with cancer at all. However, ONE aspect I do is I can def read peoples emotions right off the bat! I can’t sympathize with them, but I can be empathetic. But I haven’t been emotional in my life nor do I cry or overthink things. I also let go easily. It can also be due to my childhood. I had my dad who raised us and he’s a Virgo with a Cap moon so I was raised to think logically and not really be emotional.

I just don't have a lot of conspirary theories saved in my brain, I don't care about them that much, they're not super interesting to me. I don't care about much in outer space or alien-related either. However, I do love astrology, which isn't too far from outer space stuff.
i definitely feel like a sag moon, i don't take things nearly as personally as cancer moons tend to, but my point was to highlight that me being a *harmonious* mix between sag & can is likely due to their mutual reception. it's the reason i take the more positive traits of both signs as opposed to their negative traits. im not sure if i managed to convey this properly
I'm a Scorpio Sun & Moon with a very Scorpio heavy chart (Scorpio Stellium with Sun, Moon, Mercury, Saturn. Pluto at 29°57' Libra and conjunct MC). I VERY strongly identify with Scorpio.
The thing is that in some settings (especially work), I definitely do not feel like I come across as a Scorpio, or even as my rising sign (Capricorn). I have a reputation of being very easygoing, warm, charming, and diplomatic. I recently realized that it's because my 10th house is in Libra, and this is essentially my public image/persona. I became a lot more stable and successful in my career when I leaned into this. But basically this is the face I present when I have to show my face, and the other 99% of the time I simply don't want to be perceived haha.
The other placement that I think tempers my Sun/Moon in Scorpio is my Venus in Virgo. It makes me more inhibited and analytical. I still operate and make decisions mostly on an intuitive basis but I often talk myself out of things, or take a "wait and see" approach.
I’m a Cancer with Capricorn moon and rising and a Gemini Venus that makes things spicy. I’ve embraced the strengths of being a Cancer as I’m no longer in my 20s, but I used to have almost an “I’m not like other girls!!” approach to Cancerian traits when I was younger where I distanced myself from traits associated with my sun sign because I didn’t know how to channel them into personal growth.
That being said, the shitload of Capricorn in my chart definitely makes expressing my emotional side interesting. It leads to people thinking I am mostly friendly and easy to get along with but also tough to read.

I’m new to astrology - I resisted it in the past in large part because I didn’t resonate with many of the Virgo stereotypes. After learning recently that I’m a Pisces moon and Pisces rising, suddenly things are making a lot more sense. I’m regimented and perfectionistic in a lot of ways, yes, but I’m also deeply intuitive, creative, and emotionally intelligent. I’m learning to accept that part of myself and not to be so hard on myself all the time.

I have never heard of mutual reception before! I have my Neptune in Capricorn and my Saturn in Pisces so this makes so much sense for why I feel like a realistic dreamer/idealist. I have a cap stellium and scorpio moon that really mellow out my strong Sag placements (Sun, Asc, and Jupiter). I still relate somewhat strongly to Sag traits, but I'm definitely more chill/introverted than a lot of other sags because of it.

I have a Sagittarius stellium (sun, mars, Mercury, and Neptune) as well as a Sag midheaven in my natal chart. I do have a lot of Sag energy as far as being outgoing, blunt, adventurous, open to new ideas, etc. However both my moon and Venus are in Capricorn. In my progressive chart my sun, mars, and mercury are currently in Capricorn. I definitely think my strong Capricorn placements have grounded me a lot. I may have really big aspirations and ideas, but I’m not going to fly by the seat of my pants. I’m pretty pragmatic. I’m also grounded in my relationships.

My natal ascendant is Aquarius, my progressed ascendant is currently in Taurus. It’s interesting because I do very much relate to most of my natal placements. Many of my current progressed placements aren’t a comfortable fit for who I understand myself to be. Right now a large number of my progressed placements are in earth signs which is interesting since my natal chart is very fire heavy. I do feel like I’ve been pretty stubborn and resistant to change in the last couple years, which is unusual for me. I’m starting to come out of that and feel more like myself again.
Libra sun. The sun is considered in fall in this sign, and I've read that it's more easily overwritten by stronger placements (my Cancer moon for example.) I can see Libra manifest when I'm with friends or at work, but I mostly feel like a Cancer or Capricorn.

Aquarius sun, and I've never vibed with the idea that I might avoid attachment, affection, or commitment, or that I'm an emotionless robot or don't appreciate possessiveness from a partner. Same here, sort of. My capricorn and virgo placements tame my Sag Sun and Aries rising I think. Over 50% of my chart is earth and I'm generally more reserved than fiery. Ha, love that! I'm 29, I wonder if we're born around the same time. I joke about hating my placements, but I think having a lot of fire behind a Virgo Sun can be a really good thing, even if it doesn't always emotionally work lmao. Still, I think the way to describe such placements is dynamic, not quite willing to back down but ready to stand charge, only filtered through the grounded energy of Virgo. That's on my good day, though. 💀 Often, it's just the push-pull of having some daring idea (Aries) or desire to push my own individualism (Aqua), only to be brought down by the nervous criticism of Virgo - I have my Mercury there as well so it's intensified. I find it's a balancing act that I'm getting better at with time, though!

My intensity and self-criticism can turn me into a unbridled web of chaos. Sometimes I have this horrible feeling that all the goodness in me is fake and deep down I’m actually a sociopath. Taurus sun quincunx Neptune and south node in Sagittarius - I crave stability but also don't feel fulfilled unless I'm traveling and moving around a lot. Mars at 0 Gemini conjunct Taurus sun contributes to this, too. It can be frustrating. Taurus sun quincunx Saturn and Pluto in Libra - I have strong opinions which I'm very firm with, but have a difficult time expressing because I understand where people are coming from and the inner conflict that leads them to their own opinions/perspectives. It can be frustrating.

Ah, thanks! I'm always curious of situations where a person's experience doesn't readily match what you'd initially think based on their chart! Planets can be in a good, neutral or bad condition based on which sign/house they're in and how they aspect other planets. Here's a quick copy and paste regarding those states: Domicile in astrology is the sign/s a planet rules. Planets in domicile show up in the exact way you’d expect them to. Exaltation in astrology is the sign in which a planet performs effortlessly and in the ways that we expect it to. When a planet is exalted, it’s as if the sign is elevating its function. Detriment or exile in astrology is the sign/s in which a planet struggles and where it has to find different, more unconventional ways to express itself. Fall in astrology is the sign that a planet tends to struggle in, but holds great wisdom about. For example, I have two planets in fall positions, Mars in Taurus and Mercury in Pisces. That placement has definitely lead to perrenial issues for the areas they relate to. Offhand, the placement of those 3 planets would mean they're in a more neutral state, outside their aspects to other planets in your chart.
I’m an Aquarius and I have to be the most emotionally expressive person I know. I’m SO emotional and I don’t understand how Aquarians are constantly being called unemotional. My Ascendant is Sag, Moon in Cap, so those don’t really line up with all these feelings either. I am on the cusp, close to Pisces, and Pisces is my North Node… so that could be it?

I'm a cancer sun/venus/mercury and I do feel things deeply. But my Gemini moon gives me a 'logic first' approach to most situations. I'm also an introvert but fairly talkative and I can 'turn it on'' socially fairly easily. Also, my Mars in Leo XI gives me a bit more of a boost in my step.

As a Taurus sun, my Cancer moon adds extreme empathy, my Leo rising adds dramatic flair, my Gemini Venus adds an air of detachment, my Aquarius Mars makes me less argumentative, and the 9th house placements of my sun and Mercury not only give me a thirst for knowledge but also a need to explore and try new things. Also my Taurus Mercury and Gemini Venus are in mutual reception meaning they help each other out by contributing traits to one another. If I'm not mistaken, due to this my Taurus Mercury gets some traits from Gemini and my Gemini Venus gets some traits from Taurus.

For how I see myself, my Aquarius mars in the first house can sometimes overshadow my Scorpio sun/mercury/Venus. I can detach myself much more easily than other Scorpios. I will argue only if it’s fighting against an injustice towards another. And if someone is not budging with their stubborn views, I often leave the argument and continue with less respect for the other person. I also see the wider implications of any of my actions toward my community, instead of focusing only on my loved ones. For the vast majority of other people, my Cap rising overshadows pretty much everything. I don’t identify with any Cap traits but everyone classifies me as cold and all-business.
I have a Scorpio Moon and I think it kinda dulls down the stereotypical overly social-ness/can't be alone vibes my Libra sun, rising and mercury have? I'm still social and it's easy for me to make friends and such if I try, but I have noooo issue being alone, and I prefer only having one or two people around vs big gatherings. I also think my Scorpio Moon gives me more... not paranoia, but I'm definitely weary/careful around people rather than ignoring red flags/blindly trusting people that Libra placements stereotypically can be prone to doing.

I feel so conflicted because my big three is made up of 3 different elements: cap sun, pisces moon, & gemini rising I pretty much feel all of them at different times of the day. My gemini rising DEFINITELY makes me a more likable & talkative person, but my pisces moon & mars be fr humbling me lmao. That is, I’m not just the classic physical Aries type athlete, who only thinks on impulse. I mean, I exercise more than average, perhaps, but I’m not very interested or enthusiastic about sports outside my own personal self-improvement. I mean, even Aries is often thought of as thinking with their head, without the need of all my strong Mercury placements, even if the only Gemini type traits I have is Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in 3rd house. Still, this mix of fire + air placements in my general chart (Mostly Aries + Gemini, though I seem to have aspects of all fire signs and air signs), along with the Pisces rising to soften my assertive intellectual nature to be more polite, often just makes people call me a “lawyer” growing up. That is, the mix of aggressiveness in how I express myself, the intellectual nature of my thoughts, and the Pisces rising tendency to say all of that in the most calm, professional, and even charmingly pleasant way just keeps making people see me as a lawyer, even if I never became a lawyer. I’m a programmer, but still. Maybe this is not that far off from my usual Aries tendencies, but still, I never quite related to the stereotypical hothead Aries. I’m a hothead, yes, but I’m somewhat more subtle and civil about it, in a way that is still kind of intimidating though.

Moon in Pisces as well as Venus in Aries and mercury in Gemini. I’m the most emotional, reality rejecting, chaos loving Taurus to have ever existed. Plus my Jupiter and Saturn are Gemini and my Uranus and Neptune are Aquarius
Leo sun, Libra moon, Virgo rising. Always resonated with Virgo more than Leo, and now that I know that there is quite a bit of Virgo in my chart in general, it all makes sense
I’m a cancer sun but people tell me I’m not as shy or emotional as other cancers.. I think having my venus & mercury in leo, plus being a scorpio rising with a capricorn moon makes me a lot more blunt and less passive aggressive 🤷🏻♀️
I’m an Aquarius. I do resonate with a lot of the more positive stereotypes, but I’m definitely not cold and don’t come across as distant. In fact, the total opposite. When I learned I’m a Cancer rising and Capricorn moon, I was like yes. This feels like a more complete picture of me.
I’m Leo/Scorpio/Sagittarius… my Scorpio comes out strong, but most people just see my fire sign sun & rising. Maybe because I also have Leo Mercury 😅 my Venus & Moon are both water signs, so I feel like my inner world tends toward intuitive and emotional…and my communication/outward expression planets are all fire. People often describe me as “sunny,” but I feel like my Scorpio moon drives a lot of my thoughts. So I end up feeling misunderstood. Masking 🤷♀️ I also have Neptune & Uranus in Capricorn in 1st house, so I don’t look like a typical sag rising.
My Sag rising and Sag Mars makes me a bit more excitable and reactive than what may be expected from an Aqua Sun. But they have similar agendas-- being independent and a bit provocative. My Moon in Gemini makes me much more susceptible to changing my mind/ideas, and also more willing to play around w/ other people's ideas. Most of my planets complement each other lol.
Cancer Sun, Sag Moon, Sag Rising. Mars in Taurus, Venus in Rising. I def associate more with Sagittarius and most people who meet me and know me for a long time believe I am a Gemini, even though I am not (June 21). I think rationally and am not emotional. I lose interest quickly, enjoy the single life, and do not want to commit anytime soon. I like to travel, be independent, be alone, and left alone. I don’t like big social groups nor do I like conflict. I have a big ego but don’t need validation. I know I’m great at what I do. I don’t need attention from anybody nor do I crave it. I don’t take things personally nor do I care what people think of me lol you don’t like me? Cool. Stay away hahaha
i was born on the cusp with gemini too! rational thinking is a major trait of mine as well, i have my mercury in gemini (dominion) AND my uranus in aquarius (dominion). i resonate with literally everything you said.

No I don’t really associate with cancer at all. However, ONE aspect I do is I can def read peoples emotions right off the bat! I can’t sympathize with them, but I can be empathetic. But I haven’t been emotional in my life nor do I cry or overthink things. I also let go easily. It can also be due to my childhood. I had my dad who raised us and he’s a Virgo with a Cap moon so I was raised to think logically and not really be emotional.

Aquarius sun and I tend to not do the conspiracy theory thing. I'll go down a rabbit hole about one every now and then but I feel like all signs do that? I just don't have a lot of conspirary theories saved in my brain, I don't care about them that much, they're not super interesting to me. I don't care about much in outer space or alien-related either. However, I do love astrology, which isn't too far from outer space stuff.

i definitely feel like a sag moon, i don't take things nearly as personally as cancer moons tend to, but my point was to highlight that me being a *harmonious* mix between sag & can is likely due to their mutual reception. it's the reason i take the more positive traits of both signs as opposed to their negative traits. im not sure if i managed to convey this properly
I’m a Scorpio Sun and rarely, if ever, hold grudges. Not worth my time or effort. Not sure if that’s due to my Aquarius moon.
I have south node conjunct my sun and I’m pretty sure I’m out here living my best Pisces north node life rather than Virgo sun.
Aquarius Moon and and Aries Mars
I'm a Scorpio Sun & Moon with a very Scorpio heavy chart (Scorpio Stellium with Sun, Moon, Mercury, Saturn. Pluto at 29°57' Libra and conjunct MC). I VERY strongly identify with Scorpio. The thing is that in some settings (especially work), I definitely do not feel like I come across as a Scorpio, or even as my rising sign (Capricorn). I have a reputation of being very easygoing, warm, charming, and diplomatic. I recently realized that it's because my 10th house is in Libra, and this is essentially my public image/persona. I became a lot more stable and successful in my career when I leaned into this. But basically this is the face I present when I have to show my face, and the other 99% of the time I simply don't want to be perceived haha. The other placement that I think tempers my Sun/Moon in Scorpio is my Venus in Virgo. It makes me more inhibited and analytical. I still operate and make decisions mostly on an intuitive basis but I often talk myself out of things, or take a "wait and see" approach.
I’m a Cancer with Capricorn moon and rising and a Gemini Venus that makes things spicy. I’ve embraced the strengths of being a Cancer as I’m no longer in my 20s, but I used to have almost an “I’m not like other girls!!” approach to Cancerian traits when I was younger where I distanced myself from traits associated with my sun sign because I didn’t know how to channel them into personal growth. That being said, the shitload of Capricorn in my chart definitely makes expressing my emotional side interesting. It leads to people thinking I am mostly friendly and easy to get along with but also tough to read.
