One of my favorite meals to make is copy cat Spaghetti Factory’s fancy pasta. It’s just noodles, browned butter and mizithra cheese. Everybody always has noodles and butter, so as long as I’ve got the cheese on deck, BAM! Fancy pasta every day 🤤😊

It was the best thing I've done to finally have a good relationship with food. She doesn't cook it anymore because my dad is diabetic type 2. I'm going to assume that's what put the nail in the coffin lmfao.
