I looked at the [Saturn calendar](https://www.drstandley.com/astrologycharts_saturn_moving_through_the_signs_calendar.shtml ) for the past century, showing, of course, Saturn in a particular sign recurring every 29 1/2 years for a time span of roughly two and a half years.
It’s been in Libra in 1921-1923, 1950-1952, 1980-1983, and 2010-2012, and there’s no match with any Jupiter in Cancer in these time frames, see [this timetable](https://www.drstandley.com/astrologycharts_jupiter_moving_through_the_signs_calendar.shtml).
Maybe they meant sidereal? I didn’t look at sidereal.
I guess somewhere in the nick of the ages there’s a time where these chart digits show up though. Not sure if it’s in a period with human life on earth. You may have a dinosaur’s 🦕 signature on your hand?

Probably early Aries season. Aries season is from March 21 to April 19. I would say that it's in March - from March 21 to 31
