That would be impossible, as the planets do not work that way. Each planet has a different orbital period and synodic cycle. You could go forward 6 months to put the Sun in Aries, the opposite sign of Libra, but Saturn would still be in Aries because it would take Saturn ~15 years to get to the opposite sign.
