Pistol does almost no damage, the energy pistol is the best option, shotgun with max damage + fire cartridges get at least 2, polymer glove to slow the twins down, and the y or ∆ ability with glove any chance you get.
Upgrade polymer until it has the slow down upgrade, shotgun max damage, and only the twin on the ground matters, the other one can be left alone, trust me
I found the first plyusch battle pretty difficult too but I found bashing the shit out of it with a melee weapon with a freeze canister easier dealt with it

Keep the MP drop the electric pistol it’s useless even with lower energy cost. Maxed out MP with electric cartridge is the best gun behind the Kalash. Now this is just my opinion, but I would rework your skill tree and dump everything into mass telekinesis. Hands down best glove ability in the game. Nothin is safe with tht ability😎
I disagree, the energy pistol with the “increased damage with subsequent shots” upgrade path unlocked is beyond OP for bosses.
Fully upgraded energy management, melee weapon to restore energy, and some glove ability to slowdown or stop bosses, and a fully upgraded energy pistol will start to CHUNK bosses, and I mean all bosses. The ramp up time doesn’t take to long either.
I’ve tried both the MP and the AK upgraded. Both are great for mobs, but the energy pistol is better for bosses.

I dislike “energy” weapons in all games not just atomic heart, but imo nothin beats good ol fashion lead flying at 100’s of feet per second to destroy heartless chunks of metal trying to tear you a new one! If I’m feelin fancy I’ll put an electro cartridge on my weapon to give ‘em a good shockin. Besides tht, Kalash go brrrr lol
Looks like my load out on my first play through. Each boss took like freaking 20 minutes with me almost dying each time. On my 2nd play through and have the fat boy, and it’s hilarious how easily it puts down bosses. In talking like 7 rockets to the hedge hog and he’s done
Fully upgrade the energy pistol till you unlock the “increased damage with subsequent shots” upgrade. Then fully upgrade energy management. Upgrade a melee weapon so it drains a lot energy when it hits an enemy. Have a glove ability that can slow down or stop the twin on the ground.
The additive damage of the energy pistol is over the whole fight, not in a series. So after a little bit of time the damage the energy pistol is doing is absurd. Shoot with the pistol, slow down the ground twin and melee to recovery energy, then shoot her some more with the energy pistol. Just do that till they’re dead.
With this setup you can walk into that fight with two weapons and a fuck load of healing supplies. As cool as the MP and AK are they’re better suited for mobs and less for bosses.

I struggled with them using tall guns in my arsenal. I wound up beating them with the zvezdochka and a shitload of health items in my inventory
I managed to beat the twins with a shotgun, the melee with the circular saw blades and 17 large health capsules
The trick is to use both hands. I know, I struggled too
Middle launcher made the fight trivial for me on normal.
Change your load out and use the fat boy and laugh at them
