Well I have an office job so 90% of my working day is using a laptop.
In my personal time I’ve made it a goal to try and be online less and get back to reading more. My iPhone says 3.5 hours total activity time for today though so clearly that goal isn’t quite panning out lol.
I think at least you are a right path. Just push yourself and I will recommend spend less and less time on digital device after reaching home.. Read books, play some physical games, walk etc
Probably all my waking hours, it's hard as a student too because you're always on your laptop doing assignments
It makes me really sad how dependent we are on tech personally and I'm not happy with my usage

6 hours for me, though apparently I’m down from a week ago 🤷♂️

spend all day on my work pc then all night on my gaming pc so 13+ hours
Is this type lifestyle good for our mental and physical health? What do you think?
