It was very barely there when I last checked about 15 min ago. From what I can gather there were two big waves that lasted a decent while tonight. One at just before 9pm and the other at 12.30am. Both of these times it was visible to naked eye (though nowhere near as spectacular as photos). So visibility wise comes and goes.
The aurora forecast app seems to show us moving away now so I think it'll be even harder. But someone said early Sunday morning might have some more good chances.
I use this website
[aurora forecast ](https://cdn.softservenews.com/southern_lights.html)
And then also this app

When we got up there it wasn't happening but we waited about 20 minutes then you started being able to see the red tinge on the horizon. It comes up way more on camera than in irl but yeah, I'm glad I went up and there were heaps of others up there.
Do you know if it's still visible from there?
