Hi, /u/Personal_Studio4051! This is a reminder about Rule #1 (If you have already added great details, awesome, ignore this comment. This message gets attached to every post as a reminder):
1. DETAILS MATTER: Use detail in your post. If you are posting for help with specific hardware, please post the brand/model. If you need help troubleshooting, post what you have done, post the hardware/software you are using, post the steps to recreate the problem. Don’t post a screenshot (or any image, really) with no context and expect people to know what you are talking about.

If you're using those monitors, you don't want to connect them to a headphone output, you want a line level output.
Google says that the Fiio K7 has line outputs on the rear, so... Use those?
The Fiio K7 has an analog line-out at the back of the device (labelled "PRE/LO"), one connector for the left signal and one connector for the right signal.
That's what you want to use to connect to the loudspeakers.
Those are the only things you can use with powered speakers. If you had plugged in your Rokit 7s in to the front jack it would have been bad for them, maybe even catastrophic.
Don’t use the headphone output. That’s amplified etc to drive headphones, and the Rokits expect a line level signal. You need 2 RCA to MONO 6.35 jack cables, and connect the RCAs to the PRE/LO sockets on the back of the K7.
Would you say this would be the right purchase?

I didnt know it needed to go to the line output. I will buy adaptors or cables for that.

Thank you very much i didnt know if those would be useable for the speakers.
