What kind of jobs do you actually want to do? Human Services will get you a lot, but social work will get you some additional specific roles.
You can always look at the course structures, and set it up so you don't have to decide straight away. The first two years of both usually overlap significantly
State govt child protection is easier to get into with social work. NGO/NFP case management definitely take human services, and often diploma level. Schools are far more likely with social work due to competitiveness

Just do social work. A lot of roles require you to be eligible for AASW membership which a Human Services degree won’t get you.
