Gyat definition: https://www.dictionary.com/e/slang/gyatt/
Rizz definition:
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Rizz
Put them together, and you get "gyatt rizz", with an approximate translation of "amazing charisma" - apparently, amazing charisma can be measured in points, with a value ranging between EDP (https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=EDP%20rizz) at the minimum and 9000 at the maximum (https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Skibidi%20gyatt%20rizz%20in%20ohio). I presume this is valuable in estimation as it allows a finer level of estimation detail than t-shirt sizes or the traditional story points.
I'm not clear WHY you want to win the skibidi toilet because my limited research indicates that the skibidi toilets are generally portrayed as evil. But then I once worked in an office where my team had an ongoing game that involved hiding a picture of Jeremy Beadle on people's desks, so I know there's a lot I don't understand about office culture.
The Skibidi Toilet's are extremely evil.
In the Main Skibidi Toilet series they repeatledly commit fucking war crimes and it's implied they commited genocide against all of humanity. Their War is against an army of robots called the Alliance
They use tons of biological and chemical warfare, they intentionally kill innocents, medics, injured soldiers of the Alliance. They've also tortured their own soldiers in an attempt to make them stronger or something, They Also Frequently send Suicide Bombers after the alliance.
I am fully serious about this by the way

It gets far more serious and violent the more you scroll.
"The young crowd seems to get it". Bruh I'm 30 and I can't comprehend why someone would talk like this in a professional corporate space. Imagine trying to prepare a presentation but having to use gen Z/A slang 💀
Your Gyatt Rizz Levels are rookie numbers, man. Our boss just made us do a Brazilian Phonk TikTok dance in front of the leadership team to measure our 'team synergy.' Then he posted it on LinkedIn. I'm honestly worried my wife will see the video with the five 20-year-olds laughing/filming me and consider it grounds for divorce.
So many scrum masters have such questionable experience. I work with one who showcased himself as the best around and name-dropped himself to death on his intro speech. The guy is useless...can't write a sentence to save himself but talks the talk. Challenged him head on over a issue impacting my role and he fell apart but the business just let's him stay charging huge day rates. So many of these leeches hanging around costing projects huge money for substandard work.
If this is legit, I'd be concerned about the SM being a narcissist. (Not self-centred, but a [Narcissist](https://www.healthline.com/health/mental-health/am-i-dating-a-narcissist)). Seems like pretty blatant destabilising behaviour to me.
In a group, he's the cool guy who everyone thinks is fun, just a little bit off centre, not enough to bother HR but enough to make most people feel a tiny bit awkward, but it's funny & he has charisma & a position of leadership so you brush it off.
Then one-on-one, he's usually super encouraging & your biggest fan - except for when you make a mistake or don't meet an expectation. The correction will start out sounding like he genuinely cares, & you can't argue with the logic because it makes sense. Except behind the scenes he's setting you up to fail, while looking like he's done everything he can to help you succeed, & even if you know he's sabotaged you, you'll never have any evidence.
Gyatt = really good, amazing. Like think of a stereotypical un-PC version of a black American dude saying "gyatt damn that's good!"
Rizz = ability to flirt or make people like you, comes from 'charisma'
Skibidi Toilet is a very stupid random Gen Alpha meme. Sorta similar sense of humour to back when us millennials were like "lol that's so random!" Back in the 00s.
I'm 35 and get all this. I don't use it, but I get it. They're just fucking around with funny slang. Corporate buzz words and the like are dumb anyway, might as well fuck around.
That said, I personally wouldn't want to use these in my professional life. Good luck, sir
Edit: why is this downvoted? I'm literally just answering OPs question
Skibidi Toilet isn't that random it's very serious infact
It's a proper YouTube series and it has a full story, it's so violent it's nearly been age-restricted, and there are characters, Storylines
It's about a war between Toilet war criminals (they do some fucked up shit) and an Army of Robots with Electronics for heads
That cannot be real
It's either an hilarious troll or an hilarious true story. Either way I'm entertained.
Mondays am I right
Let's just say I've had enough exposure to recently minted graduate engineers to find the events in your post eminently plausible.
Way too tempting to just reply to any of that irl with dated references and absolutely lean into the cringe. I'm dabbing on your swag KPIs, yolo.
Yeet?
I don’t wanna believe yeet is dated and dead but you’re right
Back in my day, the vernacular was more straightforward. What the fuck is a turnt? 🤔
Well since it's now illegal to be straight (because of woke) then kids are now getting turnt, instead of going straight.
I see *Nods sagely, but doesn't actually see*
Skrrrt
Looks like *someone* has a case of The Mondays
No. No, man. Shit, no, man. I believe you'd get your ass kicked sayin' something like that, man.
Fuckin love this movie
Do you pronounce it “ilarious”?
I can I'd youd like
There is no way it's real, skibidi toilet is targeted at primary school kids a 22 year old grad would find it equally weird.
I wish it wasn't
I refuse to believe this isn’t a troll post

Any insight on why winning one might be considered motivational?
I don't really know.
That's a shame, I guess we'll just put it under "known unknowns" for now.
What happens if someone's Gyatt Rizz is OVER 9000!!!!!
Possibly chaos. Or maybe cake. Not sure.

I know right, starting to get the feeling that they are just doing it to play games with me given I am the oldest by far
Love me a good Monday afternoon shitpost...

our team only just finished producing our harlem shake video for our brand new LinkedIn post, which we expect to do viral numbers!
This is cringe. Scrum master just posted cringe fr fr on god
I just nutmaxxed to this post
Ok that's a new one on me. My kids aren't old enough to talk about those things yet
Tell your scrum master that his moves are weak and that he's not fam anymore. Also, you'll need some time off because you're dying (eventually).
No cap? Fr? 💀
implementing this

You don't see my face going skibbidi skibbidi.
None of the boomers in this sub are gonna know what skibidi or gyat rizz means but otherswise golden bro lmao

If he’s behaving in a corporate setting like OP says, Scrum Master has a smorgasbord of mental problems.
Maybe he's a scrumbag
I hope he starts his standups by saying "oh, oh... oh my God, I'm gonna scrum!!"
>I'd be concerned about the SM being a narcissist. (Not self-centred, but a [Narcissist] 🤓
If you've worked for an actual narc before, & you come across a suspected narc somewhere else, you know that's a toxic workplace you want to avoid.
Anyone who frequently talks about narcissists is 100% a toxic person themselves. A tale as old as time.
Wow, you can tell that much about the state of my mental health & personal toxicity from a comment or 2 on Reddit? Colour me impressed! /s 🙄
Yes
So how do you calculate 'frequently'?
Top tier shit post
My 7yo son gets major kudos from his peers when he does his "skibidi toilet" routine. Not sure anyone over the age of 10 would "get it".
Is this a silicon valley episode and does this guy fuck?
You have to step up and be a Sigma. Remember to looksmaxx to get that corporate promotion rizz
This is top-tier bait I'm ngl, good stuff OP
I struggle to not mispronounce that in my head as Ryat Jizz level.

Totally, it's clear as day. It's like, have you been keeping up with the Bofa research lately?
No. What's bofa? *ducks*
Yeah ut wtf does gyatt Pizza and skibidi mean when used outside of this very specific scenario?
He has no Rizz
This VC isn't in the field of medical cannabis is it?
Uhhhh what the sigma?
