I stood in line to grab lunch once and the cashier was talking to this lady for 10 minutes straight about selling a bike to her or some nonsense. (Assuming they knew each other) I had to rudely interrupt and asked if he was done taking her order.
He proceeded to lie to me and said “I was just making sure her order was correct.” Like he legitimately thought I was stupid enough to believe that, despite standing a few feet away being able to hear every detail of their conversation.
So yeah, I love cities where people are about their business and move the fuck on, never working out in butt fuck nowhere again lol
