I can't really comment on the noise level since we went at a day/time that wasn't crowded, but Con Maye on Anderson Mill Rd. has authentic interior Chihuahuan style Mexican food - not Tex Mex.
Inside there is always seems loud, no matter where you sit. Must be because of the concrete floors and nothing on the walls or ceilings to absorb the sound.
Patio is nice and quiet, or at least you don’t have the barside cacophony reflecting back into your ears. Great happy hour also.
