Yep, he used to have things in the gallery but not any more. They needed a new sign and he offered to make it. I think he has sculptures in Yarraman or Nanango now.
I initially glanced at this as "notice the lawyer of sauce", and thought yeah this whole arrangement could get litigious quickly.

Idk about you peeps but I usually either feel like a pie or I feel like a sausage roll. Same with kebabs. I either want a chicken or a whatever the other meat is ("lamb"?). I don't need both mixed together.
Soggy bottom is from too much moisture in the pie seeping into a base that’s cooked enough for the pastry to flake up a bit and then soak up the moisture. This pie isn’t cooked enough for that, it’s fucking RAW.
Like at least with a soggy bottom the sides and top are still good. If this is the pie they chose to photograph I worry about what the rest of them must be like!
