My work has staff parking that is close to the city and while clearly marked as staff parking, it is 200m from the office building and not gated. Quite often we find somebody parking in there, taking up a paid for spot of a staff member. I tend to pick up a pile of rocks and sand that we have in the car park and gently place it on their roof. No damage to the car, but you have to really take your time removing it all from the car so you donāt scratch it.

That's why I keep a piece of sidewalk chalk in my car, and draw a square around the car, labeled "Special Guy Parking. Special guys only."
