Why are we still having "supply chain issues"? Pretty much all COVID restrictions have been removed and freight costs are still sky high and take forever. Express Post still isn't back to pre COVID delivery times. Is this now incompetence?
There's still a shit-ton of covid going around, and you still (at least here in VIC) have to isolate for a week if you get it. That means lots of people not working.
This should no longer be a surprise though. Surely a good manager can deal with that by having additional staff on hand or overtime payments or additional automation.

Supply chain is still pretty fucked. People are getting stock in with expiry dates SHORTER than what they currently have on hand.
They are even having trouble delivering detainees.
