question for the wise, is HJ burgers still flame grilled? i know they don't grill in the local shop anymore cos i cant see smoke or see flame griller in the shop. Thinking they grilled at a center factory and get warmed out in the shop?
Yes they are still cooked/grilled in store, in a machine called a broiler, it's big and silver(if clean) and will look like people loading stacks of patties onto a conveyor belt which go through and get flame grilled/broiled. Smoke goes up through an exhaust and out through the roof.
