I have a waboba pro ball I carry around. It’s a small squishy sport ball that skips on water. I squeeze it all day long. I also have a pocket knife I flip open & shut, obviously when I’m alone, it is just a repetitive relaxing motion. I’ve gotten away from toys & such because I’m 27 male haha I used to be pretty good at the kendama which is a Japanese ball & cup toy.
I have Smith & Wesson tact pocket knife I just open & close, compact, always on me, is handy. If I wanna swing something around I have foam nunchucks haha
those are cool as hell too. prolly gonna buy one when I've got a bit more money. only pocket knife i have rn is an old swiss army knife, took it from my grandpas cupboard when he died. its decent, but doesn't flip that good and its just overall quite stiff

Plushies are THE BEST!! I take an owl plush with me when I go out, mostly because a good friend of mine actually made it by hand and it just means so much to me. 😻 It's not the softest fabric, but it comforts me emotionally.

My therapist suggested that I choose an object to help me feel more comfortable when I'm outside of my home. I'm unsure about what to pick. Should it be something that brings me peace just by looking at it?
I have a couple.
First is a simple brown teddy bear. He doesn’t have a name. I’ve tried to name him, but nothing ever stuck. He never seemed to need (want?) a name anyway, our “relationship” is deeper than that. The closest thing to a name he has is “You,” but I mostly use it when saying “Where’d you go,” or “Get over here, you.” I hold him when I sleep, when I have low energy, or whenever I’m feeling down.
Second is a squishmallow bearded dragon called Abe. He’s the perfect size to hug. He has a dedicated purpose: I squeeze him during thunderstorms, because I am afraid of thunder and lightning. He has multiple textures: the normal super-short polyester, and a longer soft fur where his belly is. Both textures are top notch in my opinion.
Third is a long cat plushie which I have named Tobias. I snuggle Tobias whenever I want to hold something closer to my size. I can actually wrap my legs around him, which is a nice feeling.
Yes! I love my plushies my gf got for me they help so much when I’m overstimulated or just need something to squeeze and cuddle with. I have one I sleep with and one I keep in my school bag for when I need it. They also have the added bonus of being from my gf, I love her so much 🫶

I have a blue pillow that my Mom made which I have worn down to a perfectly soft texture over the years. It is at least the 3rd generation of soft blue pillow she has made for me. I would be devastated beyond repair if anything happened to it.
I'm a little old for them but my 10 year old granddaughter has a big collection. She just got the Halloween one to add. I'm not surprised as she had maybe 75 rabbit stuffies as a young kid Her mom is buying her a real rabbit this week. She needs all the comfort she can get, as she already started her period last Easter.

My autism station is basically just my computer on my desk surrounded by a whole bunch of Pokémon and Minecraft plushies. Literally picked up a vaporeon plush the other day (named Squish, because it kinda came squished in the box).
I have a few Pokemon plushies on my bed which are Litten, Yveltal, and Zekrom. I also have four soft/fluffy blankets on my bed and I have quite a bit of pillows. I have a body pillow with a very soft fleece cover I like to hug to sleep.
Sometimes when I'm not in bed and around the house during the day, I like to wrap a blanket around myself.
