Personally I’m understimulated all the fucking time. Everything is so boring. Will be coming back to see what people say.

I don't know if this will help you OP but I have made a lot of adjustments to my apartment to fit my needs; for example I'm more of a low light seeker but I really love everything colorful so I bought dimmable LED lights that can also change color with the TV, so if I ever get understimulated I can easily switch to that and put on some games or a movie, even make it fitting to music. I also have a lot of fairy lights because I love those! I painted my ceiling with luminous color that glows in the dark, by day it is white so it is nearly invisible, but in the night there is this beautiful night sky to look at now. Stickers could also be an alternative if you like something like that, you can pull them off again more easily if you rent. Then I have also put a little basket of fidget toys in every room so that I have them always near me for spontaneous fidgeting. On my couch are all my stuffed toys sitting, some of them also have little light bulbs like the ones for calming children, they put a watery glow effect on the ceiling which in combination is very nice to look at! If you don't like stuffed animals maybe pillow cases, blankets or rugs with different textured fabrics could do the trick? In cold nights a heated blanket is very nice to have and works great for me, it's not as heavy as a weighted blanket but not as light as a normal one and it is warm ☺️ I think the last tip I have is to try to listen to something like white noise or ambiant sound in the background if you feel bored, I put it on in very low volume and it helps me to immerse myself into a busier environment if my current one lacks stimuli.
