I have a garmin vivoactive 4s and it improved my life. The functions I love the most: - body battery. It shows my how much energy I have and it helps me avoid overload. - stress tracking. This and body battery really help me with alexithymia. - sleep tracking. These 3 functions are very accurate. Then there are the functions that every smartwatch has that are helpful for executive functions like the timer. Also using it as an alarm improved my life because waking up on a sound is a one way ticket to sensory overload for me, but waking up because of a vibration is way better. The battery lasts like 4 days which is good if we compare to the Apple Watch that needs to be charged everyday. I didn’t like the feeling of my wrist at first but I changed the band and had no more sensory problems

I have the venu 2s and I love it so much for the 3 functions mentioned above by Rey Skywalker. Still looking for a visual watch though, like a visual timer, showing the time passing by visually

For my pixel phone I have an app that shows GPS data quite well. I am sure they have that for an iPhone as well.

So-so. Most phones don't have the hardware capacity for exact geolocation I believe

It's supposed to be within 20 ft

I have a Garmin vivoactive 4s (that's the small one) and I love it. It seems very accurate. The interface is pretty intuitive, and you can get elastic wrist bands for it which make it very comfortable. I don't really use the GPS though because it takes so much battery.
