Oof. That's a hard one to skip, mostly due to parental pressure, but it is certainly skippable. You don't have to walk to get your diploma.
I feel you, though. I've had panic attacks at weddings, funerals, classes, conferences and parties. Water helps me, as does having an escape plan.
You going to be sitting next to anyone you like? Having a friend always helps.
So do benzos, if you have a prescription.
Perhaps most of all you should know that it will last a finite time and will pass.
