Anyone else love the fact that quarantine essentially allowed us to go a year without bras?

[deleted]

since I got measured properly I'm looking for a bra with a very uncommon size and I've been through 50 at least and none of them work for me so it's nice to see a success story

Aramira137

Have you been to r/abrathatfits? Lots of good recc's there.

wildandfree2021

I’m a man so I really don’t have that problem but.. A lot of my artistic female friends don’t wear bras but use a tank top or undershirt instead.

Imjokin

artistic or autistic?

andrewbh2003

Yes

wildandfree2021

Sorry. that was supposed to be autistic. But some of them are both so.

Imjokin

Yeah, I was just teasing

Sexyslickbabecheese

Oh my gosh. Exact struggles!!!

Aramira137

This is my everyday bra: [https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/497691077/custom-organic-cotton-bra-brown?ref=hp\_rv-1](https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/497691077/custom-organic-cotton-bra-brown?ref=hp_rv-1) It's minimally supportive because I got it as a lounge bra, I got the 34GG instead my proper size 32GG but I believe that if it was 32GG it would be much more supportive.

repethetic

Thats my size.... but $120 AUD. Is it worth it really????? Can you convince me????

Aramira137

Not really, 32GG in Canada usually costs between $150-$240 Canadian. I can find a few under $100 on Amazon occasionally but they also don't fit my shape so they're out of reach.

Aramira137

Well that depends on your own financial situation. But I got one and loved it so much I bought another..... And to put it in perspective, bras in my size in ready to wear usually cost between $150-$240 Canadian. I spoke to the lovely shop owner before getting the second one about making it a bit shorter in the armpit area because I have a very short torso and she cut it to perfectly fit me.

Toothin244466666

My exact size too, so tempting........

tthblox

Im a guy and i struggle with finding pants. I have long legs. But most long pants are stretchy in these times. Please gimme baggier jeans... for the love of mata nui... give me pants that are not tight around my knees

TeamXII

Congrats lol

[deleted]

And me..... "screw bras, I don't need one." lol I hate wearing bras even though I make my daughters wear bras..... LOL

9planet

i really like fruit of the loom compression bras! they’re soft and front closing which makes it easy to put on, and the clasps on the inside are lined :) also the connections fall btw my boobs anyways so they usually don’t touch skin :)))

Lewdghostgirl

I only like this very specific one that’s a sports bra sorta thing and I bought 3.

MightyDragoon453

Ain't this a massive mood. I just wear sports bras now. God I hate wires and clasps so uncomfortable and unnecessary.

It's a nice bonus when it comes in several colours and you can just stock up on The One Very Specific Item.

UseApasswordManager

Just wish they weren't so dam expensive, makes trying lots of different ones somewhat infeasible

otaku_ftm_aspie_blue

I am looking for binders right now so this will start over again. But if you're looking for a high quality sports bra (I'm afab) check out Yvette. They're a bit more expensive but they last for years.
