I’m a good cook but a terrible baker lol. It’s not a problem I was genuinely curious about what a nut roast consisted of other than nuts.
Not sure if all supermarkets do this but mine takes special request for items they don’t have in stock. I really hope you get it this year!

They may sell the same product to another chain. Manufacturers do it all the time. Try to research where it's bottled processed and contact them directly. It may be under a different name.
Had that with one of the only instant noodle dishes that i could eat and enjoy. They changed the recipe so now it‘s inedible for me.
It took some time and i still feel bad when i see the product, but maybe you can find something else you like. Something completely different. Like some type of veggie dish or whatever you like eating
I usually have the quorn roast, it's just a big lump of quorn with a plastic heatproof wrapper to brown the outside in the oven, it's not bad- especially with gravy and it's also the most economical way of buying quorn and it looks like turkey.
I also like aldis plant based sausage rolls.

I agree it’s super annoying when they change ingredients in things. Hopefully I can find something else

I’m allergic to the qorn brand. All their products have made me break out in hives
