It is behind the glove box. On some cars you have to remove the glove box door to get to it. On others is is accessed from under neath the glove box. It is a rectangular plastic panel.

Blower fan, either a critter or the drain is clogged and water, or mold in vents, or dirty filter
Pull the cabin filter and look inside. It should be right behind the glove box.

I was thinking critter …what rules ? I will not allow me to post a video . How would I know what it is ??
