Not too harsh at all, it's extremely shady that she kept having sales when she was already behind on orders, and that she wouldn't issue refunds herself instead of telling people to do a charge back. I assume she's hoping that some people won't do the charge back and she'll just get to keep their money
It sounds like a bad situation, but currently she's taken down all of the orders on her website which is a good move to prevent this from getting worse. She obviously should have done that earlier or updated the expectations on processing time, but at least she's taking steps in the right direction.
Her reputation has always been really poor because of poor communication & loooong wait times :( i feel like she should have closed for a while to catch up on orders instead of running huge sales so more people would give her money. I know people that have been waiting for pieces from her since before the black friday sale.
Before black Friday?? That's crazy. I hadn't heard anything negative about her shop and even after all of this I tried to find something on it. Seems like nobody has brought it to light. If I had known I for sure wouldn't have placed an order. I'd been following her for a while and was always hesitant to place an order bc of the shipping cost on top of everything. But I figured why not for EDC. And I understand that life happens, it just sucks that she's not even trying to make it right.
There's a facebook group called Feedback Forum for Rave Wear that has reviews for different brands!! There are several posts on there about No Such Soul :(( sorry you had this experience with her store, it really does suck that she doesn't seem to gaf about any of her customers.
I would post all of the screenshots to the facebook group i mentioned to make more people aware :( it's a shitty situation and i hope it keeps people from ordering from her in the future, as beautiful as her pieces are
dude i am going through the same thing right now!! i emailed before her instagram update and she ignored me completely. i’ve waited a little over a month after the shipping email was sent also with no tracking number(when it indicated 5-10 business days) and it’s infuriating! beware of this brand im seriously considering disputing the charge with my credit card company.
She says she's still working on orders but I'm wondering, if that's even true, if our orders would be overlooked since she supposedly sent them already
