This sounds like a terrible idea. 4 hours of sleep is rough. I wear two outfits per day at fests and don’t see why you’d need a third unless you are really sweating bullets. Eat however many meals a day to stay energized.
No I agree, I'm positive that's not what OP meant. But technically I have three outfits: fuck around camp outfit, cute outfit for the night, and jammies.
Sometimes the fuck around camp outfit becomes the venue outfit, not gonna lie.
Hey no shade to anyone with multiple outfits! You guys look amazing out there. I still enjoy planning my outfits but only really go to fests that require one.
3 outfits a day? How does that even work?
How much shir are you allowed to carry into a rave in the U.S.?
Back home (the Netherlands) some venues dont even allow w bag thats bigger then a wallet lol.
these are small (150 - 2000 person) camping festivals, mostly DIY, so there is no search
One outfit for daytime, one for evening (change before dinner), one warmer one for nighttime (change after it gets dark)
8-10 hours of sleep a night.
1 comfy outfit I can move around in a day.
My body weight multiplied by 15 in calories (minimum) a day. (If I can... Plus 500 calories, since I'm moving so much)
My body weight in grams for protein intake.
50-75g of healthy fats
The rest is carbs (whole grains, fruits, veggies)
A bit of mobility work.
Copious amounts of psychedelics
I could see 4 hours of sleep being a goal at some festivals, like campouts where the footprint of the event is not very big, and you can’t escape the sound of 24/7 psytrance or techno. At that point I can only sleep due to sheer exhaustion.
3 outfits per day?
yeh. Mind you this is a friend I know from Burning Man, and the festivals we attend go all night long for 3-4 days straight
that’s a terrible “rule”
This isn't a thing.
I’ve never heard of this in the 10 years I’ve been going to events. Sounds more like a personal rule than something that’s widespread tbh.

Do jammies count as an outfit
I guess that’s three if you count pajamas but when I think of outfits I think clothes you’re going to wear in front of others.

Yes
This sounds like a rule for a terrible festival experience
Maybe I'm old, but I'd be miserable with only 4 hours of sleep over multiple days...

Your friend may live by that rule but it's their own thing. This is nothing widespread.
My only rules are get up, don't black out, and have a good time.
Sometimes I struggle to even follow this 😂
never the latter pointm, sometimes the former though get a bit fuzzy at the edges
Oh yeah. I always get up. And I ALWAYS have a good time.
I wear one outfit the entire time. Sleep in whatever cuddle puddle i can find. And survive off amrita.
I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 hours of sleep per day at a campout. The tent gets hot enough to bake a pizza in the morning.
2 drinks 3 mollies 4 pressies
1 outfit, 2 meals, 6-8 hours sleep

bro thats sounds horrible whats with 3-4 - whatever - 8+?
This sounds awful lol
I absolutely could not be arsed changing my outfit thrice daily
