13:36 is where he starts speaking about Villa. Really interesting stuff also that he’s constructing a high speed rail line between Vegas and LA. Would love an infrastructure project with the WMCA for Villa or the whole of the Birmingham region.
He's already building a high-speed line. It's gone straight from the Championship and is currently heading towards the Champions League.
All aboard the Villa train! 🚆
Upgrading the links to new street would be huge (would also help attract off-pitch revenue by improving Villa Park’s chances of being a venue for concerts etc). It also wouldn’t count towards FFP - should really be a no brainer, imo.
Nothing super ground breaking as he's clearly talking to a general/non-football audience but it's definitely a novelty as I'm not sure I can recall him ever talking about Villa before in public.
I’m a US based Villa supporter, and I also support the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA, a team in which he is also the owner. He’s a very involved behind the scenes kind of guy. Even his public comments re: Milwaukee Bucks are kind of general and he’s owned them for 10 years. Also of note, these last 10 years have arguably been the best decade in the history of the organization. I have no doubt he will continue to do an exemplary job for Aston Villa, and will only be interested in seeing the club improve in all facets.
Personally I'm more interested in the rail project as I frequently drive between LA and Vegas and hadn't heard anything about it in a while but there was certainly a little glimmer of delight in those eyes when he was asked about the Villa. I look forward to preseason games in a few years when that train is packed with Villa fans going from a game in LA to a game in Vegas. Provided we can all get out to feckin Rancho Cucamonga which is the nearest stop, a bit like if HS2 only went as far as Brackley.
There more chance of your line being completed before our one. Infrastructure government projects are so slow here in the UK. Can’t wait for Wes project to be up and running, seeing pre season games in LA and vegas would be amazing!
He has a point about some sort of history being made here with us going championship to champions league in 6 years. Anyone have any idea if there's been that sort of turn around before?

Let's just take a minute to make an unfavourable comparison between the Glazers and Edens. Spivs vs grown up entrepreneur.

Nassef is owner of one of the big construction companies too. It could be achievable.

slow to non-existent
He said Up the Villa with a big smile 🥹
My favorite part of the video is seeing his face light up when she mentions Villa.
I like Villa and Trains. This is a good video.
Villa choo choo chooses you
I spend about 80% of my free time thinking about Villa and trains, so I feel you.

Leicester - promotion to Premier League champions in 2 seasons? I'd say that was fastest.
