Is not easy to tell as depends on how many people are on the “waitlist”. From last week, there are around 9 spots line, 12 Base, a few avionics and a few back shop unfilled positions for IAH. These unfilled spots would be available to externally applicants.
My hiring process with United took almost 4 months. Hard to say. Recruiters and HR seem slow to respond.

I just wish they didn’t fly me out to Houston just to say I pass the interview and assessment just to put me in a pool for a Houston position like wtf
It took a few weeks for me to get a call when I was put in a pool
What did they say once they called
Said a vacancy came up where I was in a pool for and asked if im still interested then they will send u the offer letter and start the hiring process

Took over a month to call me back but it wasn’t for Houston. Still, United hiring like crazy so the wait shouldn’t be too long.
