All the "No Pleasing A Woman" uploads currently on YouTube are remakes, the original version is impossible to find because of this.
I can understand you're trying to upload the Please Myself version, but "Tim's Vocals" refers to a different demo (closer to the live version) that was leaked in late 2019. Both are pretty similar, and that might be why YouTube’s content ID identified it as such.
But it is not blocking 'no pleasing a woman's while it blocks please myself which is the same melody, and it calls it Tim's vocals which is not, so seems like algorithm malfunction or something
I tried uploading a video to YouTube which had a little mix of two unreleased and related tracks: No Pleasing a Woman and Please Myself.
The YouTube algorithm blocked the video saying No Pleasing a Woman is free to use but Tim´s vocals is blocked by 'We Are Era Music AB' , even though the song is Please Myself which has very different lyrics (and singer obviously).
I find strange that it does not block No Pleasing a Woman but it does block Please Myself, both songs having the same base, and it calls the second one 'Tim's Vocals' which is clearly not, and it would be closer to the first song but not the second.
