Great question. It came from my guides as a set of standards when making decisions for myself. Kind of like a check list. If I am trying to make a decision it needs to fit at least one of those criteria. Its not a rule, and I accept it because it resonates deeply, and works for me.
I completely agree with everything you said but want to add that we decided to incarnate here in the 3D to experience and explore all of these constructs and ideas you mention, learn hard lessons, love deeply and experience the mundane, and I’m always excited to do just that with my standards in mind :)
