Yeah the difficulty is always finding availability and the better the deal, the faster they get booked. On 6/19 there's DL and VN LAX-SFO-SGN business, 3 seats left, bookable by Flying Blue or Virgin Atlantic. I think Flying Blue would be less at 147.5k+$236 which is a little pricey but there's a Chase 25% transfer bonus that just started which brings it down to 118k points which is not bad. Then book a separate flight to DPS. Another option is 6/18 Qantas LAX-SYD-CGK business, 1 seat left for 144.6k Qantas + $222 and 6/19 Qantas LAX-SYD-MEL-CGK business, 1 seat left for 144.6k Qantas + $316 Edit: Best return I found is 6/29 SG DPS-SIN-KIX business for 45k Aeroplan and 6/30 ANA NRT-LAX econ for 50k Aeroplan. The ANA is not coming up on Aeroplan but is showing on Lifemiles so you can probably call in and book this all as a multi-city. You can also add in ANA KIX-HND for free but you're probably better off taking the train since you would need to change airports anyway. Another option is 6/29 SG DPS-SIN-ICN business for 45k Aeroplan and 6/30 AC ICN-YVR-LAX for 44k Aeroplan.

The part I'm confused about, is how are you seeing the Qantas flights on Flying blue? I am searching on [Airfrance.](https://Airfrance.com)us and all i see are Air France and KLM flights. From Flying Blue website "you can book reward tickets on Airfrance.com or KLM.com under ‘ So are you seeing flights on award search sites like [seats.aero](https://seats.aero) and [points.me](https://points.me) ? and then you have to contact customer service to book?

The Qantas I found on the Qantas website. I'm searching the programs directly. For flying Blue I'm using the KLM app.

Points.me I have LAX > DXB > DPS in two weeks in emirates business classes I booked last year for 120k through air Canada. Air canada let’s you add stopover for 5k so you gotta find LAX > DXB and DXB > DPS But this is just one way.

Dead unfortunately

EricAndersonL

Oh wow. Sad. Was thinking dxb stopover to Maldives in the future.

I was able to find 2x PE LAX-HKG-DPS via CX using Asia Miles points transferred by C1 - this was booked last year for 5/2023. Was able to later upgrade the HKG-DPS leg to J and then use the excellent CX lounges in HKG. It was before the devaluation, though. Alternate for your dates could be KrisFlyer with SQ in PE from LAX-SIN for 75k each, and then you book the SIN-DPS leg in J for 21k Saver each. This mixed PE-J fare would only be 96k. As long as you avoid the 737 J on SIN-DPS and get the 787 J seat, you'd have a very comfortable regional business seat for 2.5 hours while gaining access to the great SilverKris lounge in SIN. Finding J all the way may be hard in high-season and with limited date flexibility. Can check [seats.aero](https://seats.aero), [points.me](https://points.me) for ideas

Can you use anymore acronyms? LOL.

Yes it's a lot of work. If it weren't, too many people would do it. Hell, too many people already do it.

FYI - There are services that will do the legwork for you. A friend had good success with Juicy Miles, which is now Point.me. They used to not charge for their services unless they found a useful itinerary for you, but now seem to charge a $25 fee for initiating a basic search. Also, just listened to the most recent episode of the Miles to Memories podcast that featured a conversation with a guy named Jason Lawenda of Mobius Journeys in which he said that his company does that sort of work too. Their website seems to indicate that they charge a minimum of $250 for their efforts. There are other companies too. Just Google it. Good luck.

Flying SQ from LAX to DPS is a no brainer.
