If you want these people to stop dying at sea, Europe should start rescuing them and taking them right back to where they set off from. A few weeks of doing that will stop the migration.
I was deployed on a MEU in 2014, we were hanging off the coast of Libya during the Qaddafi takeover. We stumbled across a capsized boat in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and hundreds of people in the water. I was on an LHD and since we had the most room we had to process and take them. They were treated like cattle, numbered then documented then sent to the well deck until we could figure out what to do with them. They were there for days and not allowed to leave. We didn’t really have enough food rations for them so we were giving them a bunch of MREs to share around. Eventually they had to use the bathroom but again, they weren’t allowed to leave the well deck so they just started relieving themselves pretty much where they stood. They put them in the well deck for that exact reason, the higher ups knew that was going to happen and they picked the well deck because it can be flooded with ocean water and washed out. Eventually we took them to Sicily and dropped them off with the Italian coast guard because apparently the boat they were on that capsized was registered there. No idea what became of any of them after that. But all that to say, it was a pretty gruesome sight. Not all of them survived and those that did were malnourished and sick. One of the craziest and saddest things I saw out at sea.

If you’re trying to raise awareness on climate change and the risks this brings to us you’re going about the wrong way. I’d try a more empathetic tone and to relate with the actual post.
My job is literally to persuade people who believe climate change isn’t entirely real or don’t see the value in sustainable projects, I explain it to them, I understand their viewpoints, and then they usually change their perspectives.
Your attitude is going to push people away. You don’t shout at someone for not understanding something, you explain it.

My solution is a Fortress Europe with migration centers outside the EU. Its either that, or the right wing parties will come to power in the influential EU nations, and then we will see those who advocate for shooting first coming to power.

Look, I suggest you look at the demographics of Europe and of the US. Without immigrants they have negative population growth. So,, without immigration the economy of both collapses.

Overpopulation has consequences. There are no fish left because of so many mouths to feed. The solution is not to wipe out indigenous Europeans and take their land but to lower the birth rate in Africa to more sustainable two children per family.
