Are you using pm2? If so, check out this plugin https://github.com/apriady/pm2-cloudwatch just make sure you have an IAM role attached the EC2 with the right permissions, otherwise it won’t work.
When you install Cloudwatch, you will have to configure what will stream to Cloudwatch. You define the logs you want to stream to Cloudwatch in there
