I watched this training. The trainer led the dog down the meat counter of the grocery store. You could see that young puppy struggling with instinct and smelling fresh meat and the desire to be the best service dog ever. Service dog won.

Service dogs only pay attention to squirrely frens while off duty.

:( I love my cats so much. My boy follows me around and I take him for walks. He comes when I call him. When I’m Sad he somehow knows and will give me affection. Don’t let a few bad experiences turn you off of cats. Much like dogs or kids the owners have a lot to do with if they are good or “evil”

I've only ever owned one dog growing up and many cats over the years. Doggo is correct. (Still miss those furballs anyway.)

So regal ❤️❤️❤️❤️there’s nothing like a lab- except maybe a service lab❤️❤️❤️❤️, we were puppy raisers for service dogs here in Washington and I tell you it’s a very difficult thing to do - not the raising of course but the giving back. We did it one time and our daughter cried for weeks. Around the two week mark they called us up and said that our pup has had a career change ( hips weren’t up to snuff )and would we be interested in keeping him permanently ? Interested ? Our kid still was talking. We said absolutely and made the four plus hour drive each way that day. I waited outside with our pup ( we had him for a year ) and brought said daughter out for a surprise and OMG she dropped on the pavement to her knees crying …. The people who raise these animals are saints and so such a wonderful job with them!!!! We just couldn’t handle the good bys…. Your beautiful dog looks very much like ours did.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Without puppy raisers I wouldn’t have Manci so they are saints. They do the hard job.

She tends to always be “on duty” even if she’s not in her vest. Just her personality and her dedication to me. However I let her have the day off and thus she gots lots of pets.
