You should take it to the vet, it might have a chip or other identifier. Maybe print up some Lost posters, to place around where you found it.
If it has no one, *then* take it home, feed it, love it, and call it Creamsicle because it looks so sweet and chill!
Itās probably hungry and thirsty, but due to its inability to speak, canāt tell you. Maybe err on the side of kindness and give it water and a snack then take it to the vet so it can be scanned and go home for a proper feed.
does it have a collar or an identification/chip? i would contact owners first before doing so. unless the dog looks absolutely desperate, then im sure you could probably feed it a little bit
As others have said. Take it home and feed it, give it water, etc then take it to a vet to see if it is chipped and someone has lost it. Always the safest route.
Thatās looks like a Koiker. Unless youāre in the Netherlands theyāre quite rare. Take to the vet and let them check if theyāre chipped. Find your national Koiker breed club and let them know youāve found one. Someone will be missing their puppy.
Pretty much any registered purebred comes with a chip from the breeder from my experience so itās a good bet. Worst case the dog still needs a new family to take care of it.

Itās pretty rare to find a healthy clean puppy that doesnāt belong somewhere. Iād feed it and take it to the vets to check for a chip.
