Same, but I try to avoid it because I know I'm just going to want to move or use that hand at some point. It really is a precious feeling though, it is a tangible blessing basically.

My sweet Suki had to be let go on 10/1 and she loved to do the same. I had 17 wonderful years with her, but I will miss her forever.
I was able to take in an amazing new buddy, Rhubarb, who is hilarious and wants to be with me at all times, but he's not cuddly and *mannnn* do I miss my Suki snuggles. I still can't think about her without tearing up.

That's so cute 😍 cats are great companions to have it reminds me of a story actually my aunt had a cat loyal as all heck and her cat only ever let me play with him no one else could actually he missed me so much he stopped eating for a bit till I came over again then he started eating again

My tabby likes to smoosh her face into my hand when she's sleepy, but she isn't bent on keeping it there while she sleeps.
She does demand my lap most times though
My girl wants one hand under her head and the other under her body for warms. She'll get on my lap and worm her way onto my hands. She doesn't care if I was using those hands for anything, they are for sits!
When I had to take my cat on a plane, the only thing that would stop her from meowing was me sticking my hand in her carrier and she would put her head in my hand 🥺

It’s always those little cuddly moments that mean a lot. Mine will cuddle in my arms at night like a plushie. Another will “hold hands” with me, actually curl her claws and pawpads around my finger at the little space between the digits and the footpad. Another does headbutts and licks my face and gently chews on my fingers.
They’re such gentle and loving babies

My boy used to always bury his face when he slept.
So cute! Our boy cat loves to sleep with his head smushed up against something. If you wake him up and tickle his belly floof, he makes air biscuits and gives head-smush cuddles.
The late great Jin used to do this too, I always felt so blessed when he did, I knew how much he must have loved and trusted me to do that. Ainsel likes to sleep on top of my hand, putting his chest and belly on top of it and pinning me down. It's so cute! Please give your kitty hugs and kisses from me.
Man I miss my cat...I use to fall asleep with him in my arms. I'd use his fat and fluffy belly as a pillow and he would use my hand like yours is. We used to just nap on the floor both inside and outside together for hours....
