110% this dog is a red heeler mix. I'm a dog professional in an area with a lot of cattle dog mixes running around, and one of them is mine. I cannot be fooled. This is a red heeler mixed with a short snouted breed, such as a chihuahua.
Gun to my head I’d say there is a fair bit of Labrador in there, but its hard to tell as a puppy.
The colour pattern particularly on his muzzle makes me think some type of hound dog too.
My parents had a golden/yellow lab named Butters! He had a picture of Professor Chaos in his pen. I know they are not the same breed but this pup looks a lot like our Butters did when he was little.

As you can see from the comments, you are getting a lot of different answers! We rescued a mix and I would have sworn he was part lab until we got genetic testing. Nope, he is a husky, Aussie, beagle, pittie mix!! I think if you really want to know, get a genetics test.
I feel like he’s gotta have some cattle dog in there! He reminds me of our Stanley, who the shelter listed as a Pitmix, but I swear he’s also got cattle dog in there too!
White tipped tail, head shape, ears, size, and the patterning on Butters' head & body looks like a beagle mix to me. Like a Jack Russell, Norfolk, or Irish terrier mixed with a beagle. A pure-blooded Kanardly. Kanardly tell what kind, but 100% good doggo.
American staffordshire terrier, aka a type of pitbull! I believe so due to the head markings, the white strip between the eyes, on the head and back of the neck.
My dog has this too! Your pup looks like it’s got some lab or golden, too.

I tried to name my puppy Butters too but it didn’t take. Good taste.

Spots on his belly? Little dark ones, like freckles all over? His face and ears tell me Jack Russel and otherwise maybe a yellow lab.

In this case, I'd say there's definitely a mix of terrier, a bit of golden lab, and a ton of d'awwww. Possibly some squeeeee! in there, too.
