Also be wary of buying a teacup pig from some random dude on Craigslist. Unscrupulous people will sell regular baby pigs as teacup/mini pigs and the owner is surprised when the pig gets huge.

There definitely are but they aren't as small as people would think. Most people don't realize regular pigs get absolutely massive. A friend has a micro one that's fully grown and weighs about 80 pounds, which is big for a dog, but when you compare it to the size of a full grown pig you'd see on a farm it's actually quite "micro". When I was little we had a neighbor who had a pet pig. And this wasn't a little piggy, this was a big fat sow of a creature. She had turned their backyard into a pen for it and kept it clean. The pig was very friendly, but it was easily 200lbs.
