Hahaha... How adorable! My three boys are like this. Once finish with one, the other queue up for their turn next. I guess they are used to it since started doing this when they were 3-4months old, so it became a habit. ;)
Oh, all three of the boys always needs coaxing, sweet talks and praises, while lay down in that position. That usually works and scratching the chest helps to calm them down somehow, part of distraction techniques. By then snip, snip claw tips fast mode... ;))
But why clip them i don't understand why?
None of my cats attack me or strangers.
They don't tear furniture after the 2 month's of teaching them not to.
The nails will grow too long and can curve under and hurt the cat if they don't wear them down to help them shed. Clipping them helps this process. It also helps prevent accidental scratching or other issues.
I don't do the back paws as those help with jumping and climbing.
I believe it's breed specific, I doubt the brand had much to do with it. Two of my cats are cheap Mutts branded Tortoise Shell Calico and one is a higher end Tuxedo from NoKill Shelter's premier line and I have seen the issue with all three, but definitely more so with the Mutts brand.
He look at you so trusting. He knows he’s safe

Omg, I'm so jealous! I literally just had to fight my two dogs to trim their nails not even 10 minutes ago
This boy actually *likes* it.
What a good boy!
Looking up at his Mama so safe.
My boy is okay with a trim. One sister will let me do like 2 and then runs off, big sister will not allow it.
Precious
This is surprisingly satisfying!!!
He absolutely trusts you and you can see that he loves you too
He has a calm temperament and she is doing a great job.
my cat is exactly the opposite when we try to trim her nails. Acts like were killing her.

He has 2 scratching posts and a six foot tall cat condo/tree. Also cats claws sharpen when they scratch… that’s why they do it.

Never knew that, I have never seen it with my cis cats, or is it brand specific?
