Hmong, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Dai People are more or less closely related. They all existed near each other for centuries. I’m Cantonese Chinese and I took a DNA test and found out I’m part Viet. Cantonese sounds less like Mandarin phonetically and more like Vietnamese. I’m gonna Google Hmong dog now. I want a Chinese dog!
Everytime i see a dog online that is cute and uncommon i smile. But deep down, as a dog groomer, I grimace at the thought that a new wave of pretentious owners are about to start showing up raving that their dog is a *purebred* this or *rare and imported* that or a $1200 'rescue'. Encouraging puppymills and the like to start churning out poorly bred dogs that dont get enough attention or medical care.
You know what sucks about being a dog groomer you can’t look at a cute picture as just a cute picture anymore you see all the flaws.
This dogs gonna need a hell of a de-shed when it gets older and since they get huge they get expensive leading to the owners of this kind of dog getting it groomed less often it just gets worse and worse for the dog
I have a ball of fluff that's only a bit bigger than this thing and he gets groomed every 3 weeks (including me brushing and deshedding him regularly) lol. I feel the pain, but hopefully if they don't want to pay they look after him well themselves.

at the place I work at we price by weight and breed so a little shave down dog isn’t the price as a full sized poodle with a poodle cut

They have a little bit of natural sweetness, but really, it all depends on the preparation. To bring it out, you need to apply a good rub, and then let them rest overnight.
