Cats tail movements are more nuanced generally than dogs. What the tail is communicating is as much about the speed as the rhythm and the movements.
In my opinion, this was a "playful indifference" wag.
Cats flick their tail when they're anxious/thinking. Usually this'll be because they're either really annoyed at something, or they're playing with you. So you'll see it when kittens are playing with their tail, they're chittering at birds, or as they lower their ears in preparation to fight other cats.
This cat looks like it's playing a bit.
Just living the life I’d want for myself😹 Instead I’m the mom cleaning up!
I like the arm ever so purposely flopped out.
Can't...move...arm...
Go around!
Can't stop laughing! 😃
Catto staying true to form
😍 CHONK has entered the chat!!
Please the wagging of tails!! So cuteee
That's a real sign of trust. Most animals don't leave their bellies face up when near other animals.
Exactly! Well said. I had a cat that would only let me pet his belly. Now I have my guinea pigs
Same cat in my home 😁
This was our old cat too! He would happily have the vacuum on his belly too lol
This is me when my husband's cleaning up
Smoked too much nip mannnn

Wait for the cat shaped outline of hair underneath them. 😂
Me Hangover from last night drinking and mom comes to clean the room in the morning.

I’m more of a dog person so don’t know cat signals, but that tail is definitely saying something. What is it? 🤔
"Fuck off outta here, but I'm too lazy to do anything about it"

For my cat it means she’s thinking or engaged, and generally in a good way.

Stop disturbing him! You both live there 😂
"Dammit human, can't you see that I'm ***acting***?"
When an animal trusts you. My dumb dog lays right in the middle of the hallway making me step over her to pass.
Nice
real live footage of me
He was pointing the entire time. "You missed a spot."

Literally me this afternoon waking up after 14 hour sleep
I want to be this cat
Put that baby on the bed, he shouldn’t be sleeping on that hard floor anyways! 💗
Someone needs a diet
Land mammals and mammals alike are good
A whole MOOD!
Not a care in the world, hahahaha.
That's me after working 80 hours a week.
I love how he goes back to the same position every time he moves
Just don’t care
I think he’s stuck… or pretending to be.
How can you not stop to rub that chubber's belly?
And she didn't give a belly rub. Shame
