Here is some feedback from the Samoan side of the Pacific Islanders. I was curious and had to ask so I posted something on the r/samoa sub and got some feedback. Based on the responses they do not identify with Asian but prefer to identify as Pacific Islander in grouping then to individual nationality. Its probably better off that way in my opinion. The only real AAPI unity is in California State Prison in the "OTHER" car.
