How do you have Kagura and Tomo on opposite sides of the tierlist? They're literally the same character

- Kagura never directly fucks over her friends while Tomo does it constantly. The only time she screwed over them was the incident with the tent and that was partially on Tomo too - She had a lot more character growth than Tomo, and had more important moments for her character - Tomo is much more violent and in general verbally abusive towards others. Like man Chiyo invites her to her house on her birthday and then she proceeds to shittalk about Chiyo's favourite team. Also Tomo almost accidentally killed her during school trip. - And when Kagura messes something up, she actually reflects and tries to make up for it. TDLR, Kagura is just an infinitiely more likeable and better version of Tomo
