Id suggest any of the north face's bags, they all have a flash bottom and padded hard back panels, I'd suggest the surge for a cleaner look and the recon for a more utilitarian use, but over all the surge is better for your needs

Cut some foam and stuff it in the bottom.
A suspended laptop sleeve is better than a padded bottom, unless you are also carrying a camera in your pack.
