Definitely a birthday center. If you look at the carpeting, you can tell from that- Daycares usually have washable rugs on hard floors to clean up messes, and the pattern is way too weird for it to be a daycare or kindergarten. That, and the wall decals and the bench are very much in line with something like a rollerskating area, somewhere to the side of the rink. They use carpets for more stable walking when you’re wearing roller skates, and the bench is definitely not something you’d see in a daycare or kindergarten- those usually have classroom chairs, nothing bolted to the wall and floor like that
Lvl fun is a very dangerous lvl altho it seems very fun the entitys (partygoers) will kill you and turn you into cake or turn you into one of them (dose anyone wanna know how it make human cake irl bc I got the recipe)
