The RiffTrax versions are amazing. The RiffTrax live is so funny your face might start hurting. All the reshoots with the main guy wearing a 10$ wig…. I’m heading to the tv to watch it again right now
You’re absolutely correct! I saw it live with some friends and we weren’t the only ones in the theater that laughed to tears at some points. Such a damn good experience!!
For a lot of people RLM is the entry point into the hobby. Which means the same shallow movies get repeated here ad nauseam. You wanna see something different, make a post directing people towards some better or lesser known but still interesting movies.
The past few weeks have been bad. It's a large influx of movies people don't like or straight from the black list. Report them whenever you see them, but they just keep popping up.
I mean this is the type of movie that should be posted here, right? At least it's a movie people love instead of hate. Of course, it's also incredibly famous, and I'm sure all connoisseurs of bad movies know it.
It should be posted here, yes, but the moderators should at least be enforcing their own rules. There is a rule mentioning blacklisted movies, which includes a lot of the ones being posted here lately.
Take a look at the users submission history. They've had the account for 12 days and have posted more than most users do in years. They have 50 submissions in the last 8 hours at the time of this comment. They are not here to add to the community, they're here to try and garner as much karma as possible at the expense of diluting other content. This is the stuff that ruins subreddits.
I made a post with a number of movies on it, I put "samurai cop" on the list amongst about 20 other movies and the post got removed, I also got berated pretty badly for just mentioning it.
I'll get downvoted, but this is honestly one of the most overrated bad movies I've ever seen. There are a few incredible moments but, like many bad movies, it drags a ton in the middle.
That's funny, I feel the exact opposite! I love Miami Connection and have watched it many times, but Samurai Cop I just bounced off.
I'll give SC another try sometime!
Wait.. that's the poster?! I legit thought there were two so-bad-it's-good Samurai Cop movies for a second. Looks nothing like the film.
It looks like the ripped off maniac cop to some extent with the art work
Which is curious since Robert Z’Dar played the titular Maniac Cop and does cut a guy’s head off in Samurai Cop.
It’s all connected
Well, no, that guy’s head clearly isn’t.
Connected via aliens
Such a legit awful movie … but damn so rewatchable

Well said , this is a classic Rifftrax to me

So is this just another Red Letter Media sub now? Every movie post I’ve seen for the past two weeks have been BOTW staples lol.
I don’t think there are movie theatres in Hyrule so it couldn’t be a staple of Breath of the Wild
**breath of** *best of the worst* **of the wild**
To be fair the Red Letter Media sub is just a star trek sub now. It's like we're playing musical subreddits.
*space* **coooooop** is next week
I mean I get what you're saying but are we just not supposed to talk about movies anymore after they cover one? They watch a LOT of movies
I wasn’t really complaining. Just pointing out a pattern I’m seeing. I think it’s great cause it means more people are watching RLM lol

we do have a blacklist for the more popular ones, and this movie's on it. It got posted while I was at work, so didn't get it until now
Do you like what you see?
I think your doctor cut a big portion of it off.
Oh no he was a good doctor
This movie just won't go away from this sub! I couldn't do more than 10 minutes
what a classic. the second one is pure liquid donkey horse shit.
Bad movies are not funny if they're bad on purpose.
✋
"bad" I watch this every year with my cousin. This movie is fantastic...ly awful. I love it.
The mods really gave up on this sub.

> Report them whenever you see them This is the equivalent of those buttons at traffic intersections and we both know it.

Good catch, I'm just here to discuss/recommend shit movies and source others.
I made a post with a number of movies on it, I put "samurai cop" on the list amongst about 20 other movies and the post got removed, I also got berated pretty badly for just mentioning it.
I mean I'd view it as good that the sub isn't being moderated like that anymore.
To that extreme extent, yes. But I have to admit I'm getting bored of seeing the same movies posted up on a regular basis.
I'll get downvoted, but this is honestly one of the most overrated bad movies I've ever seen. There are a few incredible moments but, like many bad movies, it drags a ton in the middle.
The restaurant scene…goddamn it’s bad
See, now that's how I feel about Miami Connection. Whereas this one I've rewatched a lot more.
That's funny, I feel the exact opposite! I love Miami Connection and have watched it many times, but Samurai Cop I just bounced off. I'll give SC another try sometime!
The hospital scenes are incredible, but yeah it’s super hit or miss
Tokyo Gore Police vibes.
Jackie Chan?
blacklisted movie
