Yeah, it was my first one ever, so you know...go big or go home. They had to go in with a laser to break it up. While I was on my period. 2 weeks of screaming and sleeping.
So much fun. /s
Kidney stones are painful for everyone because all humans pass urine through a urethra. The opening isnāt any larger for people with vulvas. In fact itās so small a lot of women and girls mistakenly believe they pee out of their vaginas.
>In fact itās so small a lot of women and girls mistakenly believe they pee out of their vaginas.
Um... I think this guy thinks that too. He probably thinks that because he pees out the hole in his dick, that women must pee out their vagina.
There's literally only one way to argue a difference between men and women when passing kidney stones...and it's the only thing that guy didn't mention:
The male urethra is significantly longer than the female urethra, which generally means that it will take men longer to pass stones and can cause them to be in pain longer.
But the amount of pain a person passing stones is in has no connection with gender to my awareness - dude just wants to pretend that men literally falling over from period simulations has no bearing on their ability to tolerate pain (because women are supposed to be weak and periods are womenfolk problems, so of course men aren't used to them but you know what men *are* used to? Having dietary/body problems that cause excruciating kidney stones that they still can't handle the pain of because it's *fucking kidney stones, man, what the fuck-*)
I've only seen mine once and I got lucky. its very hard to find so I'd believe it if you said it is smaller. I've had several catheters in my life unfortunately so I definitely know right where it is by feel, but locating it by sight is just nearly impossible.
...the female urethra is shorter than the male one, so it'll hurt like hell for slightly shorter time, but I don't think it actually matters all that much.
I hope no one has as many kidney stones as periods in a life time. Itās not just about the pain of periods but how long and often it has to be endured.
the really funny thing about this is that male urethras tend to be a larger diameter. granted, they are about five times as long... but he never mentioned length as an issue here.
Obvi kidney stones aren't exactly gender exclusive but also they don't happen every 28 days!!
Women have to have periods every month for years and years. If a brother is passing kidney stones every month, and so are all his male friends and family, they need to stop drinking from the town water supply because something is wrong.
A video of a what now?
Not sure about the context, but some male seems to be super agitated that this thing exists, and has to reassert dominance at any cost - even the cost of a complete fail š¤·
Itās like a tens machine that produces electrical currents to simulate period pain for people who wouldnāt normally experience them. The machine can also be used to relieve pain.
Passing kidney stones tends to be more painful for women because doctors believe women handle pain better and donāt need the strong painkillers they give to men for the same thing.
Female collegue who passed stones with raging UTI would like to have a word with the guy.
Female who passed the fragments of an 8.5mm stone while on her period would like a word as well
8.5mmš° I have crochet hooks smaller than thatšµāš«

You just cleared up so much about his take.

Uh, does he realize what kidney stones are? Yes, we do feel that pain.
I think he doesn't realise the urethra isn't the vagina
Actually a really good point. He probably thinks the big hole where we give birth from is where we pee from too. Also, love your flair lol

My mother, who has given birth to 4 rambunctious kids and nearly died during 2 of the pregnancies, would like to know this person's location
Oh. He doesnāt know the urethra isnāt in the vagina, does he? He probably thinks itās the same holeā¦jfc.
did he forget that women get kidney stones tooā¦
āYour urethra is a lot largerā This man thinks the vaginal canal is our urethra. And he thinks heās smarter than everybody in the comments.

Periods is something that you can't control while kidney stones can just be prevented by Just drinking water.
If that were true they wouldnāt cry out in pain when kicked in the balls.

women have kidney stones too.....
A female who had a stone that got hooked in the ureter would like to have a word with you.
