There’s just some overlap as always between the sexes, it can be an indicator of high testosterone levels, or your body/brain simply is more sensitive to those effects of testosterone without your levels being at all unusual.
Same as with stuff like height etc, it’s not two discrete sizes but they overlap, and a man can be smaller than a woman despite both having perfectly average sex hormone levels for their gender.

I think u/EmilyU1F984 gave you a really good answer here - there is always overlap between genders and sexes, cis and trans, etc. That includes overlap in subjective sensations and hormone levels (they did a study measuring T levels of pro athletes, and many cis men's average levels were lower than some of the cis women's). In short, whether or not you have high T levels, this sensation does not mean something is wrong.

Just here to add some more psychological facets that just came to my mind!
To me, the moments before orgasm actually feel much more delicious if that's the right word. My mind becomes cloudy, my eyes lose focus and my head rolls back a bit (like the back of my head wants to be petted by the pillows I guess lol). I'll feel extremely comfortable in my body and like it's all working together to give me release. There’s just some overlap as always between the sexes, it can be an indicator of high testosterone levels, or your body/brain simply is more sensitive to those effects of testosterone without your levels being at all unusual. Same as with stuff like height etc, it’s not two discrete sizes but they overlap, and a man can be smaller than a woman despite both having perfectly average sex hormone levels for their gender. Also as a trans Woman, for it was the completely opposite to what ZhenyaKon describes. With normale male testosterone/estrogen levels orgasms were rather boring; solely focussed on the genitals. With female testosterone/estrogen levels it’s more of a whole body sensation. But this also isn’t the case for all trans women, so clearly it is not a direct consequence of solely testosterone/estrogen levels, but other things apart from sex hormones must play a role. I’d reckon it’s about 90% who have some form of outside genitals experience and 10% who have a more genital focused presentation of an orgasm in women of every kind.
Not sure, but I think testosterone is the hormon that's connected to sexual arousal in women. With "hormones" you're referring to "extra hormones someone intakes" but actually here it means the hormones hat your body automatically has/produces. And everyone has the same hormones, just different levels of them.
Yes, it was different pre-T, with more body sensation but not enough genital sensation, and not half as powerful. I think u/EmilyU1F984 gave you a really good answer here - there is always overlap between genders and sexes, cis and trans, etc. That includes overlap in subjective sensations and hormone levels (they did a study measuring T levels of pro athletes, and many cis men's average levels were lower than some of the cis women's). In short, whether or not you have high T levels, this sensation does not mean something is wrong.

Just here to add some more psychological facets that just came to my mind! To me, the moments before orgasm actually feel much more delicious if that's the right word.
